Great location, just 5 mins walk from the train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Nhu. Breakfast was lovely, great choices. Will definitely be back

Loved my room. Location is conveniently right smack in the city centre. Stayed here for my exam, the centre is right across the road. Clean, spacious room with comfy bed. Checking in was slow because of the traffic of people that just happened to also be checking in the same time i do, but the staff did everything they could to speed things up by opening all counters for checking in. I would stay here again

A large Morden hotel great for bars/restaurants and Leeds direct. Had basic room for 1 night stay which was fine, excellent double glazing however must be a old air conditioning system as it was so noisy. I would stay there for one night again though.

Great location. Plenty of options nearby for eating. Discounted parking at Q-Park was useful.

I went to the University of Leeds to attend my child's graduation ceremony. The hotel is in a good location. It is Christmas season, and there is a carousel and other Christmas markets in front of the hotel. The service is average.

The hotel is a bit old. Although the location is good in the city center, next to the light shopping mall, there is also an indoor parking lot, but it costs 30 pounds per day. The room is also quite old, and there is no refrigerator or bottled water. The wash basin in the bathroom is peeling off. And I stayed in one of the suites, and there is no sound insulation at all.

A very nice hotel with a very good location, right next to St. Anne's Church, very convenient to go everywhere. The hotel's breakfast is a typical English breakfast, not many varieties, but the taste is okay. The bread is delicious.

Environmental sanitation services are very good
