辦理入住的時候給前台説升級，管家直接免費做了房型升級，原訂的是標間，升級成了大床房，一分差價都沒有收我的，到了房間覺得不錯，挺好的，還贈送有水果，能量包，房間裏面的物品全都是免費的。特別是能量包，有可樂，雪碧，泡麪，一次性毛巾，濕紙巾，小零食，不錯，直接揹着帶走，去景區很方便的，很貼心的！

房間配置可以。有早餐提供。有停車場。酒店位置還好，但周圍沒商業。洗澡水很好。酒店前台服務沒有客房部服務好，客房部的服務人員很好。

酒店是挺大的，但是門口沒人出來迎賓和拿行李，這就不太符合是個五星酒店的規矩吧，其他的還可以。

600元一晚以上住過最差的酒店，天花到處的補丁，廁所排風直接封住，洗手盆旁地上也挖兩個孔隨意填補了下。洗衣房比農村的儲物房一樣，洗衣機洗衣，烘乾均需另付費付，洗衣機且是那種非常垃圾老土的洗衣機，早餐也比較差，飲品就是一點雪碧，可樂，有牛奶不知道是用什麼粉泡的，味道很差。唯獨就是房子高大，停車場寬廣

一進荔波，順着國道下來就到酒店了！在縣委縣政府大樓（紅船廣場）對面！房間風景不錯，乾淨，視野開闊～酒店離荔波古鎮開車也就5分多鐘，晚上在古鎮就餐，很熱鬧！下次來還會選擇這裏！

距離小七孔東門開車 20 多分鐘，路上很好開。酒店應該是房地產開發老闆開的，與恆大酒店有神似之處，大堂氣派，房間寬敞，窗外就是碧綠江景，尤其洗漱間還有一塊專門空間用來放晾衣架，這個配置前所未見。早餐跟酒店風格比較起來略顯簡單，沒有蛋糕，麪包也衹有一種切片。現煮麪坊的辣醬讓人印象深刻，非一般人能接受，是這次貴州之行吃過最辣的。服務挺好，入住退房都很便捷，贈送歡迎水果。

服務：一般，夠不上五星，無人拎行李，態度也不熱情。
位置：不在市中心，距離荔波古鎮2.4km。對面就是紅船廣場，比較氣派。邊上是四季樓盤，到處是樓盤推銷廣告。
房間：比較大，很乾凈。窗口看出去是藍天廣場羣山，視野不錯。
早餐：打掃慢。食物還行，算豐盛。咖啡衹有三合一速溶，建議提供現磨咖啡。
下次再去，我覺得還是住古鎮不錯，性價比高些。

設施：還行，就是普通的老式酒店，中規中矩
衞生：還行，基本乾淨
環境：蠻好的
服務：前台小哥服務很好，很滿意
早餐：可能是接待旅行團的關係，早上整個餐廳跟農貿市場一樣，大家都需要搶位置吃早餐，體驗感不是很好，後面吃的東西也不太有了，建議用餐時間避開哦！

暑期旺季，來荔波小七孔旅遊的遊客很多，入住率很高。訂的含雙早的標間，辦理入住的前台小姐姐很nice, 多送了一份小童早餐。入住第一天恰逢荔波縣城晚上停電，悶熱的天氣加上旅途勞頓，難免心浮氣躁，酒店為客人準備了西瓜解暑總體來説，管家特地寫了紙條留在房間，對停電錶示歉意。遺漏了褲子和洗面奶，幫我寄到家裡。餐廳經理服務也比較到位，吃飯的遊客很多，沒有座位，幫我們開了一個包廂。總而言之，服務很ok。
