前台很熱情，幫忙按電梯，大堂還有免費可用物品，很貼心，價格也不貴，性價比很高 ，房間設施齊全，全部智能客控，直接叫小度就解決，衞生很乾凈，還有一次性面巾，很不錯，停車很方便，酒店有兩個停車場

酒店各方面都很不錯的，差評是給前台的，當晚入住的時候諮詢如果明天續住能不能優惠一點，因為我是訂了5間房的，當時得到的回覆是“可以的，5個房間續住可以比在攜程上面優惠一點，•因為每天的價格都不一樣，叫我明天早上再去續住”，然而早上去問的時候，居然就説優惠不了，説最大優惠也衹能在她手機訂，她手機攜程顯示多少錢就多少錢，離譜的是，我自己手機攜程上再訂比她給我的價還要便宜，這是什麼鬼操作？這樣的服務態度，這樣的處事方式，讓人憤怒！！要求酒店提供兩張房卡，另一張需要付50按金！！

美好麗江之行的最差體驗！首先早餐味道很一般，品類也不多，連熱水都沒有，去晚了啥也吃不到。其次整體服務很一般，很多好像兼職在做一樣，業務，話術比較生硬，跟前台要兩瓶礦泉水，説衹有一瓶了！最後走的時候東西忘在房間了，聯繫酒店説是找不到了，但確實就是落下了，不知道為什麼就是説沒有，後續就再也沒消息了，令人詫異！

1、前台對攜程會員權益兑換理解不到位，攜程會員使用房型升級權限感覺像施捨一樣，話語非常不舒服，大致意思就是給了你房型升級，你就要給一個好評（如果酒店不想給客人升級，那完全可以不報名這項權益，避免帶來不必要的麻煩）;2、次日用餐期間大概是上午9點多一點，幾個大姐在廳麪激烈且大聲的回想關於油條收貨問題。其次，餐廳還有一個大問題就是餐盤底部有不同程度的黃色油跡沒有洗乾淨，拿了4個餐盤，最終衹挑出來1個乾淨的使用。老天爺，哪怕做不到餐具消毒的話，也要濾水後擦乾淨吧;3、身着職業裝的男工作人員抬着筆記本電腦坐在大廳沙發開會討論，感覺很不好;4、辦理入住手續時沒有提示我退房時間，房卡套上手寫着12:00。還好我在下單的時候就使用延遲退房至14:00的權益，這一點很好前臺中途沒有催退。但問題來了，早上出門的時候擔心中午臨時有事回不來，就把行李全部收到車上。結果中午1點多回房間休息的時候，打掃衞生的大姐已經把床上用品撤走了，感覺很不好。雖然房間裏面沒有房卡、也沒有行李，那既然我還沒有還房卡退房，在進去打掃衞生之前是不是應該和我確定一下呢或者下午2點之後在打掃（對於商旅人士來説中午回來洗漱、休息一會，是非常舒服的）。5、酒店的停車場，要麼讓人好好守着，要麼就固定掃碼出場。出現2次工作人員不在崗，不能及時開門;6、由於酒店裝修臨時關閉停車場消防門，導致找不到出口。遇到一位辦公室身着黑色職業裝的中年女士引導我們出去，態度非常好。當然啊，除了上述1-5之外酒店還是很好的

很推薦!可以看得到玉龍雪山!價格也可以環境很乾凈 以後出門不知道住什麼就住凱里亞德 環境很放心，服務態度很好。位置也很不錯，離古城都很近，離雪山有一定距離，但是可以接受。早飯品種很多都有。來麗江旅遊的話很推薦這家凱里亞德，酒店還有加濕器

前台服務好，熱情大方，整體酒店很温馨，配置了健身房，我平時很喜歡運動；房間衞生非常乾淨，還有就是房間裏智能＂小度”就可以解決，真的是太好啦，衞生間熱水很方便，馬桶也是智能的，房間隔音非常棒，開車幾個小時到這裏，睡得非常舒服；早餐很特別，好多好吃的，早餐樣數多，餐廳大姐姐特別熱情，離古城很近，停車都是免費的，前門和後門都有停車場，我下次來還要住這裏，畢竟是連鎖大酒店。

房間設施:進房間我就感到很驚喜，整個房間的感覺讓人覺得舒適很温馨，非常的棒。各種房間用品很齊全，房間打掃的很乾凈。
休閑娛樂:大廳很寬敞，二樓有健身房、洗衣房.起床以後早上去健身房做做有氧運動，別提多舒服了。
