Stayed here 2 times… Best feature - in the ancient town but near the entrance. So don’t need to drag your luggage through the cobblestone streets. Also quieter at night. Near the South Gate. Restaurant opposite the homestay is awesome! Had a 3 person room the first time, big screen Projector as TV. When we return to stay the 2nd time, messed up our bookings where there wasn’t enough beds…decided to stay in a 2 bed room as we are only staying for the night. Bit of a squeeze. Haha.

The location is great. Opposite Yunnan restaurant was also great. Only one cons is the toilet has a curtain with no door. Another important thing is the name of the hotel is Dongsheng luxury courtyard (At first we cannot find the hotel as we were looking for Dongxiye.)

Very happy with this homestay, it is clean and inside the old town. 1 min to main road so quite convenient for didi or taking bus... Less than 10 mins walk to 忠义市场. You can ask the staff there if you are not sure about something , they will give some advice on it...

Perfect location if you are a traveller with suitcases, just right next to the exit of the ancient city. Room was clean and tidy. The hotel owner gave us great recommendation for food and drinks. A perfect gateway to Lijiang, would recommend 老板娘人美心善☺️感謝這幾天的招待！

位置很方便，近大路口，房间设计简洁舒适，干净。推荐入住。 The location is good, only 2-min walking distance to main road. The room is big and very comfortable. The host is very nice and service can be improved.

The location is superb! Not so deep in the town which is good for your luggage (the road is uneven, it’s a risk will damage your roller). Convenient to travel around the ancient town, near lots of popular restaurants and attractions. Their place is clean, neat and nice looking too. It's just that the bathroom is a bit small but for the price to get such a place is totallyworth! Will choose this place if there’s a chance of coming back here again.

The host is very friendly and the place is easy access. Room is in good condition. I will recommend.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, transit hotel for our 2 days 1 night trip to Lugu Lake and Shangri-la and 2 nights for ancient town and Yulong snow mountain trip. Hotel location very convenient, in ancient city and only 3 mins walk to exit, easy for chartered pick up. Rooms are clean and comfortable with free self service laundry. Host Xiao Shi is very friendly and helpful, let us leave luggages at the hotel for our return stay, also help us to sort out our tickets for Yulong Snow Mountain and help engage Shangri-la hotel to change our hotel booking. Host even prepared free goodies bag for our day tour to Yulong Snow Mountain, superb and excellent services. Highly recommended hotel in Lijiang ancient city 👍👍👍

Inside 古城, spoilt with choices of food just at the entrance where we stay. Overall a happy stay!

impeccable location, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. rooms were well equipped, and good heating! hosts were very friendly, they always offered us complimentary tea, snacks and fruits. highly recommended!
