Hyatt Place Sac Roseville

The room was great. The only issue is the fridge didn’t work and there is no microwave in the room. Everything else was very nice and the people were polite, accommodating and professional.

Everything was great the only downside was the beds were like sleeping on the sidewalk. Very hard no cushion at all.

One morning there was no hot breakfast because the cook was not there. In our room, if you open the door from the shower side of the bathroom, you can hit somebody right in the head when they’re standing in front of the bathroom sink. we were on the bottom floor and did not like the fact that we cannot open our curtains, because anybody in the parking lot can see right in to our room. The stuff was very nice. And apologetic that there was no hot breakfast that first morning

Appreciated the well appointed room but we had to leave so early we could not take advantage of the breakfast offerings.

The check in process was as usual. My wife and I went to the bar that is advertised as a full service bar. I asked for a specific drink Captain and Coke, bar tender said were are out of Captain. I said how about a Jack and Coke bar tender laughing all out of Jack Daniel’s. My thought is why isn’t this bar stocked properly, who is running this place. I get to my room and my first thought is the room looks old, the bathroom light wouldn’t work. I had to catch an early flight so I just went to bed. Just a horrible experience.

Everything was more than expected. Rooms were perfect and breakfast was better than most other places.

Everything was so great! We will definitely be back! The staff was so friendly. The hotel was clean and smelt great!

We appreciated the beds, shower, the layout of the room and the breakfast & coffee situation.

Very comfortable room! Quiet and clean! Worth paying a little more than surrounding hotels for the comfort. Only big disappointment was the breakfast. Dismal at best. Everything that was suppose to be served hot or warm was cold. Sausage not just cold but dry as well. Eggs cold. Not what you would expect at a Hyatt!
