The hotel is well suited for families with young children as it is just adjacent to an amusement park / aquarium. The rooms are alright. Although the hotel is not that old, it is not too well maintained and the pool tiles are falling off. I would definitely recommend staying 2-3 days for the amusement park as there is so much to do but no queues. Skip the pool and take the hotel as a place to sleep. Go for the rooms with the fireworks view.

I love it! Will come back for sure! The staf are very helpful and kind, they are so eager to help. My room has the perfect view I couldnt ask for more and everything worked well.

The duty manager Shirley Yang Xuemin, she provide the exemplifies exceptional service etiquette demeanor with her warm and front office team, they always beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Her dedication to providing a positive experience sets a high standard for all in her role.

Received a free upgrade and we managed to watch fireworks from our balcony. Wonderful experience and breakfast had a great spread too!

Stayed here with family, including a toddler. Pros: -Good breakfast buffet, worth it to book with the option. Western and Eastern dishes. -Plenty of activities for kids, like a carousel and bubble party every day. -Right across the water from a theme park, and exclusive entrance. -Clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons -Everything cost so much money, especially food. 98RMB for a bowl of noodles for example. -Way out of town, meaning food delivery was very limited -Many amenities cost extra, like using a pool toy was 30RMB for example -No swimming in the beach. Overall, we ended up cutting our stay short due to the sheer cost of everything extra. The hotel itself was amazing, but the prices and inconvenience of food and play were a bit too much to stay for a week.

We bought the package with the entrance tickets to the amusement park. It was very convenient. I was also impressed with the butler service provided by the hotel. Thanks Stephen for timely reminders and prompt response to our request.

From the point of arrival, to check in and then to our stay, everything was tiptop. The butler Penny and the team provided exceptional service and were very professional. You can tell that they take pride in everything they do. They made sure we got the room that we booked and ensure they shared all information clearly. The room was stunning, clean, and the bed was so comfortable, my partner and l agreed that we had the best sleep. When we needed something, room service was quick to act on our request. I am so happy we chose Hyatt. Definitely a must stay! Thank you The Penny

The amenities were disappointing. Whirlpool not working, no trampoline and no zipline as shown in the video. No propper indoor kids club, it only has a few tables and chairs inside, almost no toys. Paying to rent small swimming gear at the pool doesn't feel right, other hotels offer that for free. We first had a loud room. Steven from the hotel staff helped us to change the room. His service was excellent and he always helped us with any questions we had.

The hotel is good but it lacks facilities for F&B plus it doesn’t even have a proper convenient store for buying some handy stuff and light snacks. The other thing is the air-conditioning is terrible particularly in the lobby area! I understand it’s off-peak season but it doesn’t warrant switching off the air-conditioning to save energy or money because you still have guests like us who come by for business and not pleasure. It makes this our first time and last to visit this hotel.

We had an amazing time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spacious rooms, clean, and so kid friendly. The managers on duty are amazing, and we're at our service the entire time and made our stay perfect. The English proficiency at the hotel was also one of the standouts, and it made it easy for us to get the tickets for the waterpark and the theme park. We Will definitely return for another trip.

Lovely the resort. There are many activities for the children every day. It's walking distance to the Ocean Theme Park. Wished I could buy the tickets to the theme park together with the hotel booking. Limited food option.
