住過很多酒店，很少點評，這家有些特別忍不住説幾句。回家路上高速堵車在鄰水臨時找的這家店。 關於服務：確實很不錯，不管是前台妹妹的語言、語氣，還是音容笑貌、肢體語言，一定要點贊，比很多洋**管理的都要好。還有就是前台的百寶箱，房間的温馨提示卡，都很是温馨，充分考慮了客人的體驗和感受。甚至還和酒店工作人員聊天的時候都在誇他們的老闆一定是個有想法、懂專業、心思細膩的優秀人士。期間還到2樓做了個Spa，全程都很滿意。直到…… 吃過宵夜回到房間使用了房間的“智能馬桶”，整個人都不好了。看介紹，這個“智能馬桶”那是真智能，各種自動加熱、自動沖洗、烘乾……看似確實智能。但是事實上根本衹有一個座圈加熱的功能，其他自動都是擺設。用房間座機按照提示撥打前台電話，居然提示電話欠費？用手機撥打併告知情況，前台第一反應居然是“完全不可能”。打開手機免提讓她自己聽完座機提示以後也是一副無所謂的樣子……過程太焦心了。最後，十多分鐘以後，來了個大姐（粗暴狂按門鈴就暫且不表）進房間就告訴我遙控板上有“沖水”倆字的按鍵，按一下就可以了，説完還不忘做了一個優雅的示範…果斷趕出房間。那種心情，説實在真的無以言表，終於體會到別人説的“吃蒼蠅”的感覺了。房間還有個二維碼，可以吐槽？可惜吐槽完畢至今也沒有人聯繫過我。過去好幾天，還是想不明白，其原因何在？ 這體驗，真的差。不知道老闆看到這些情況情何以堪？

預訂的時候沒注意到，定成了兩個床的，應為帶小朋友和前台協商補了差價換成了一個大床房！前台和樓層的服務態度都貼別熱情貼心，酒店周邊環境設施比較齊全，買東西吃飯方便。
