Perfect hotel

Excellent

Very pleasant stay and nice service, spacious room and the breakfast was nice too.

Loved the room - spacious and the bed was really big. Room was also clean - though the shower screen had some issues and water kept spilling on to the floor. Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

One of the most customer friendly staff I she experienced in my travels. Nuno from the guest relations team was extremely helpful. From suggesting the best restaurants and always ready to assist in any way possible. The breakfast was lavish. Some of the staff in the restaurant have trouble with English, but Google translate can easily take care of that problem! Room service was prompt and housekeeping exemplary!!

Disappointing

I just stayed somewhere while I was transiting; it wasn't a particularly nice hotel, but the price wasn't low either—just average.

The breakfast was great, the most sumptuous breakfast I've ever had in a European or American hotel. The location is not far from the King's Road, and you can basically walk to many attractions. Taxis are also very cheap, so there is no need to drive yourself.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast is better than expected! The hotel is a certain distance from the old town and cannot be reached on foot, but there are parks and department stores nearby, which can also give travelers a different experience!

It's almost the most expensive hotel in Lisbon, but it's well worth it. The pool with the sea view is really better than any hotel, and although it's far from the city center, it covers everything.

The hotel is clean and tidy, very new. Turn left and there is a shopping mall. There is a supermarket downstairs in the mall. It is an eight-minute walk from the hotel. It is not in the old town, but it is not bad! The front desk has a very good attitude. There is a handsome guy named Nuno, who is very enthusiastic and smiling. The flight after checking out of the hotel is at 7 o'clock. I left at 4 o'clock in the morning. I asked the front desk if I could take some breakfast with me. They agreed very happily. There were six people in the group. They gave six breakfast boxes, which were very large, with two sandwiches, juice, mineral water, bananas, and coffee. One big box for each person, we almost couldn't take it. It was so real and loving. We ate this for breakfast and lunch. Thank you very much🙏
