The Art Inn was in a great location and is walkable to all major tourist locations. The hotel is clean and the service is good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of steep stairs and the elevator only goes to a few floors but you still need to climb a flight of steps. Of steps are an issue for you o would reconsider this hotel. They have a fantastic roof top bar that overlooks Lisbon and the castle- it is lovely. Overall, I would recommend there if you are looking for a reasonable hotel in a great location.

Very satisfying experience in the hotel and with its location. In the city center has an optimal locations. Can reach every part of the city in a while.

A great hotel at a very central place, cozy and hip; fantastic rooftop breakfast; very friendly staff. Without a working elevator, going up the steep stairs of an old building is quite a challenge... and it's tight for 4 people - and pricey, too!

Short stay.
It was a one night stay and the location was great, easy to find, check in was quick and smooth and the staff was nice, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful (10/10). 2 single beds in a small room, but it had everything we wanted, it was comfortable, very clean and has a roof top view that was amazing. It offered food and drink but we didn’t use it.
Elephant in the room is the stairs of the street that you have to go up, but the staff was very keen to help. Get over that and you’ll be very pleasantly surprised.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The elevator doesn't reach the top and is small, but if you don't mind the stairs, this is a great little place to stay, and the view from the rooftop breakfast is to die for.

Loved my stay at The Art Inn! The hotel is full of artistic charm, with cozy, beautifully decorated rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were warm and helpful, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Lisbon. The highlight was the rooftop terrace, offering amazing views over the city — the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

Good hotel in Lisbon center
A very nice hotel in the center of Lisbon! Theron was very spacious for 4 persons with a 2 person bed and 2 single beds. Breakfast was very good on the rooftop with magnificent views over Lisbon. Recommended when you want to stay in the city center in close range of all busses and restaurants. There was a language elevator but not really intended for people. Some rooms are on the 4th or 5th floor.
