酒店乾淨整潔舒適，設施齊全，住得還比較滿意，中央空調很給力風很給力，酒店的位置也特別好，旁邊就是馬鞍山公園，去各個景點打出租車也很便宜，性價比高，前台小姐姐也很熱情給我免費升級了房型👍

前台服務很熱情，辦理入住很快，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，房間佈置得很温馨，馬桶還可以加熱哦，一樓有自助洗衣房，酒店就在馬鞍山公園旁邊，酒店就在路邊打車很方便。

這酒店廁所和沖涼的地方沒乾濕分離，沖涼的水全流出來，導致滑倒，造成多處挫傷，和酒店反饋，給到的答覆是：你自己去看醫生，然後報銷醫葯費，酒店還報警處理 ，沒有任何道歉和其他賠償，好像住客缺那三瓜兩棗，來敲詐勒索那樣，沒有一句道歉 ，一點歉意都沒有，怎樣都是住客的問題，真是活久見的服務。

這是我住過最滿意的酒店，打掃的很乾凈，服務態度很好前台小姐姐還給我送了早餐券，早餐菜品新鮮豐富，房間的設施完善，浴室熱水出得很快，空調暖氣很足，居然還有新風系統，位置去哪都方便，好評好評！

忘記拍房間照片。房間很小，並沒有圖片視覺感覺的那麼大。有一個很奇葩的：衞生間有窗户房間沒有窗户。馬桶是智能馬桶。再有一個更奇葩的，兩個人躺在床上聊了兩三句，明天幾點起床的事情（關着門説話也是很小聲的，並非大吵大叫的那種），竟然會被服務員按門鈴説吵着旁邊的人，服了，這是證明大家不能在房間聊天嗎？雖然我們房間聽不到旁邊房間的聲音，但是證明可以有多差。所謂的新風系統的晌聲比我們説話的聲音還要大。床單上還有明顯的洞。絕對不會再來。

特地來柳州品嚐螺獅粉，選擇了離馬鞍山近的這個酒店，交通很便捷。衞生乾淨整潔空氣也清新，該有的設施設備都有，柳州下雨天氣衣服不幹酒店配備有洗衣烘乾機太好啦。工作人員服務也很熱情，下次還會來。

整個酒店服務員都會很熱情，幫助提行李，奉茶水，酒店外表不太起眼，裏面別有洞天大堂時尚有藝術感。住宿房間設施設備衞生，舒服。贈送的早餐也還不錯，乾淨種類也可以，填飽沒問題。酒店周邊網紅打卡景點很多，很近，住這裏出行很方便。
