hotel was okay but had to wait 2 hours to get into my room.

The bathroom sink was leaking and the television didn’t work

The service a little slow

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like it had been a smoking room for a long time. The room was in poor condition. It even had graffiti etched into the windows. We didn’t end up staying the night. We cut our losses and went to another hotel in the area.

This is terrible place, heavy smoke smell all over the property. Even front desk not able to help with the smoke issue. I booked for 3 nights but checked out after one night. Rooms are worn out, bathroom is not clean, bed is broken. Don't even think about staying at this place.

Found a roach crawling on the floor in the bathroom and then their were people drunk & or fighting/stumbling real loud in the hallway outside my door. I left just before midnight and did not stay the full night.

Property was in a good area, however once in my room there were bugs crawling EVERYWHERE! I turned on the lights and they went scattering. They were even noticable on the walls!! Cockroaches and some kind of beatle that could have been bed bugs. I can't believe they take your money to stay here! Thank goodness I left and got a refund!

There was roaches is the room, the shower was broken which they did fix, the handle on the drawer was loose , AND SOME OF THE WORKER CAN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

The front desk was great and accomodating. Although I booked thru a 3rd party, he was willing to see what he could do to correct the error. The 3rd party sites need to be reflective of the types of rooms being booked. It was misleading. When I arrived at the oroperty I was given a different room type other than what I booked and laid for.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Bathtub, toilet and mirror filthy! They had house keeping come clean. Lady act like she couldn’t get the ring out the tub! Had to clean it myself ! Asked for extra cover for the bed was told they were gonna have some cleaned by 11pm. Go down there after 11 just to be told they did have any covers!

First room had a broken balcony sliding door (1 inch gap between glass and frame), Second room had leaky tub valve, and dirty floor. Sewer smell coming from bathroom sink. Good room layout, but needs maintenance and updates

I booked for two nights and on the second day staff came in my room stolen my laptop and all my clothes plus my girl friend clothes and shoes I called the police management give the police a hard time but when the police department got the camera video they made an arrest it was a hotel employee and I received my property back but everything was wiped clean off my laptop..... The employee did not have a green card so he can not be charged

The first room we walked into stunk terribly. When I took my shoes off, the floor was sopping wet. When I called the front desk I was told that the carpet had been shampood that day. This was more like a hose was left on and nothing was done. The front desk man gave us another room on the second floor. This room smelled much better. The room was not very clean. There were visible **********s in the shower, dirt in every corner. Then when i went to open the sliding glass door I noticed the frame was broken and there was an easy half inch between the frame and glass. There wasnt even a blanket....more of a sheet. NEGATIVE 5 OUT OF 5. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
