Beach House

Stayed for one night. Comfortable beds, great location and wonderful breakfast. Host Sue and John was fabulous.

Lovely little hotel, with everything you could want. Staff friendly and informative. Breakfast was brilliant!! Will definitely return, and can recommend.

We love the Beach House, stayed several times and always the same, friendly, clean, spacious rooms, just a fab a**osphere...we will be back again (already booked for March)

Greating was brilliant, very friendly and helpful. She and John were both very helpful and welcoming. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it always is in Llandudno. John got in the passenger seat and found me a spot. Sue recommended a place for our evening meal and booked it for us too. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay there again. Two or three minutes away from the pier, and the promenade, but surprisingly quiet. We stayed in late September, so it could be different during high season. But don’t let that stop you. Llandudno is always busy.

We stayed in a family room with a sea view. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The host was very welcoming and even gave up her parking space for us. The location was also great. Would happily stay again.

Couldn't have been looked after better by Sue, John and their team. Felt like I was part of the family. Great room, great service, great breakfast, great location.
