"The location is close to the airport which is convenient if you have an early flight to catch. OK car rental is at the same location. The reason we stayed at this hotel was because we had a rental car to return and early flight to catch. The breakfast was included. It worked out perfect! "

"Hotel a little refreshing and near the airport, with a clock hears regularly and the community area where the celebrations of the city of Loiu are held. We had a difficult sleeping time because there were very noisy party noises until 1:00 a.m. The hotel is far from the city centre of Bilbao. Taxi drivers don't know how to go there. The staff was very sympathetic and the atmosphere was pleasant."

"Parking is convenient, and the accommodation is easy to find. The room I was initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so I asked to change it and they changed it right away. There was only one staff member, so he seemed very busy. There was no electric kettle in the room, which was a little inconvenient, and the room was relatively clean. However, it was very cold and the heater was not warm at all. It was too cold to endure with just a blanket, so I slept with layers of clothes on. There is an elevator, so it is convenient, but the soundproofing is not very good."

The spacious rooms, the only one but it is that I was fighting with mosquitoes and that warm water in the morning is hard to appear ...but there is quiet and comfort.
There is free parking and airport access is within 5 minutes."

"I arrived at Bilbao Airport around 12 o'clock and checked in late, but the staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. The bed was spacious and the bathroom was clean, and although I don't speak Spanish, the staff were very friendly and there was no difficulty at all!"

"Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have."
