Premier Inn London Stratford

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

Handy place with lots of travel options such as tube network, DLR, and Euston express train, cheap parking at Stratford International. Recommend for work or weekend. Lots of food options with big shopping centre right next to the hotel. Only thing that annoyed me was that it did not feel that secure in the day. Anyone can go through the doors, get in the lift, and go up to the floors. The entry doors to scan on floor I was on was open everytime meaning anyone could have got into the corridors and potentially a room.

There was no safe deposit box in the room, no phone to get in touch with reception or housekeeping, housekeeping we had to request daily physically to go down to reception with my toddler in stroller from 10th floor up and down since there was no phone in the room. We had shortage of hot water for one day , we had to change room and again was shortage of the hot water supply, in total we changed 2 rooms. Wifi was very poor, breakfast quality poor. When I was tired of these all issues above I spoken to manager of hotel and he told me “This is certainly not a standards of hotels in Dubai” since we came from Dubai to London. Manager was very defensive and rude !!! I will never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

With so many children staying at the hotel it was never going to work for other guests. Clearly there was a boiler issue but the staff did not admit there was an issue.

I booked adjoining rooms as was travelling with family. This was confirmed when booked but on arrival it was not the case. After complaining the following g day we were offered the wait rooms. Entrance seemed vandalised and bar area was very basic with no sport Channels in which I could unwind after a long day out, unlike other premier inns. Also no daily housecleaning , this only offered if booked previously. Staff were understanding and did help to their credit .

Great location, great check out time 12 noon. Right beside the train station and would not take too long to get to Central London
