Heaters are not enough to maintain the rooms warm. But I am totally okay with this price range and the size. The location is perfect for me as it is just 3 mins away from the train station. The room is clean. It is awesome to look at the moon while sleeping on the bed. I will definitely come back again.

There is TESCO opposite the hotel, there is a large shopping mall across the street, and there is a subway station. The executive two-bedroom we booked has two large beds and one small bed. The kitchen facilities in the room are also fully equipped, such as a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, etc. There is also a large stainless steel deep pot, which can make us a great tonic soup. The washing machine is very convenient for washing and drying. It is generally suitable for parents and children to live in.

Very good value for money

This was a very unpleasant experience, When we arrived at the par**ent, the person in charge said that we had not received payment from Trip.com. Therefore, we cannot be given a room. We must pay the price of the room on that day before we can check in. Finally, I paid the room price for that day. I later called Trip.com to find out more, but was unable to process it in time. I am waiting for an email reply. However, I have not received an email reply so far. I feel very dissatisfied and need to make a complaint.

Look, this was a great deal and location but that's all. We only needed a base for this trip so it served it's purpose but not without some annoying issues. The ground floor apar**ent was not very clean and they clearly a drain venting problem because intitally the smell was stong untlil we just left all the bathroom extract fans on. The kettle didnt work and we had to forks. The dryer funtion on the washing machine didnt work and noone ever come to look at it. We put the heat on one of the AC units to dry clothes while out. Staff service was ok when they are there. Had to take really fast showers as the hot water did not last very long for five adults. In general, this apar**ent complex just needs maintainence and an update. It is on a busy junction so if you dont want any outside noise, dont stay here. It didnt bother us. I would probably give this place another shot because the location was peffect. 5 min walk to the underground made it easy to get in to city.

Very good! The only bad point is that there is plenty of space for parking, but it's not available / allowed unfortunately and that's the only bad point. All the rest is perfect!

This property is located at the worst road intersections. Car, Truck and motorcycle noise ALL night long. property is not bad, but boy oh boy, made the worst mistake booking this. No sleep!!!

The apar**ent itself was very nice but we didn't have warm water for a couple of time when we were taking a shower and they didn't really fix the problem even though we called them

Bright light right outside bedroom window, blind cords not working so couldn’t block out the light, lots of road noise. Floor was awful, creaking and felt like you were going to fall through when walking around. Sofa was a bit low for us. Kitchen was good. Location was good for US Embassy

Great location with walking distance to the Battersea Power Station, and local shops, bus network etc

Apar**ent was clean comfy well equipped and spacious. Downside….. read the small print!!! Deposit of £250 is required of immediate payment on checking in! A deposit that nearly 24hrs later I haven’t got back even though I checked out before 8am. Also it was really cold and the radiators didn’t work nor the aircon on heat mode! We were in bed by 10pm to get warmed up.
