This was a very nice hotel! The breakfast had many good options of all different types of food. The room was a great size and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The first night of check in, our tv was not working properly and the manager came right away to fix it! We booked a room with club access, however during check in the clerk upgraded our room which ended up taking away our club access however, the manager was able to fix the booking and restored our club access. I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London. I thought it was a great stay.

Very satisfied! recommend! I stayed in a small and beautiful hotel that was very comfortable😄👍The shower room was spacious and it was very refreshing to take a bath. The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient. London Zoo is within walking distance. It's not far to the south to King's Cross Station.

Recep service - the lady who served us during the check-in appeared very disinterested and took a long time to locate the booking. the same lady who took the laundry on the second day still appears the same. maybe it's a job fit issue or.. a ****** issue? who knows.
the other recep who served us other times were friendly though. in fact, we made a mistake with our booking as we thought we were only leaving the next day, which was in fact not, the manager that day was nice enough to allow us enough time to pack up without charging us.
Housekeeping - the first housekeeping was not exactly up to standard of an international branding. what was used was not replaced, PJs where just thrown aside as the beds were made. however, the next day housekeeping was good.
Room - we told the recep in the evening that the room lobby lights were not working, as they did not have maintainence guy on duty at night, they arrange for the next day. it was promptly attended to the next day.

Location is very well located (5 minutes walk from Bakerstreet, Marylebone and Edgward road stations) which allows you to connect to all London.
The accommodation is clean, well equipped with all the necessary as specified in the ad (washing, bed linen, towels, towel, toilet product, washing, coffee maker, boiler, bread grill, etc.).
The accommodation is small but very well arranged so perfect for two and the time you want (short or long stay).
In the immediate vicinity of many shops and restaurants.
I stayed in apartment 3 in the DRC (26m2) - really happy!
I will return without hesitation if I travel to London again.
Thank you for everything !

We are guests whose handbags were stolen in hotel restaurant on June 22nd, we found that there is indeed a big problem with security, anyone can enter at will at the lobby and restaurant entrance. When the theft occurred that day, the thief entered the restaurant without registering and kept changing seats, but the hotel staff did not notice this at all, so the theft occurred.
As a 4 star hotel, the security management is really disappointing. After the theft incident, because we still had to live in the house for a while, we were all worried about our safety and whether someone would suddenly break into the room. And the hotel didn't even send us any greetings, which is really disappointing. In fact, this hotel bears a lot of responsibility for this incident, but the hotel failed to provide any care, condolences, and help to customers in a timely manner.
Furthermore, we found 2 belts were left in the cloakroom at hotel room and send the email to them for checking, but up to now, the hotel was not given us any reply.
This excellent accommodation option is recently refurbished and has studio, one and two bedroom options for those looking to stay close to the centre of London. The apartments are spacious - some with beautiful vaulted ceilings - and all celebrate contemporary open-plan living space and come equipped with newly fitted fully integrated kitchens (with washing machines) and bathrooms. Free WiFi is offered throughout.
Queen’s Park is packed with Victorian and Edwardian houses clustered around the lovely 12-hectare park, where you’ll find beautiful flower gardens, tennis courts, a golf course, bandstand, playground and paddling pool. Salusbury Road is undoubtedly the area’s community hub, offering a range of independent shops, cafés and eateries to explore.
With excellent transport links, guests can easily get across the capital: Queen’s Park station is a four-minute walk away, with trains to Euston and Paddington, and the chic neighbourhoods of Kensal Rise, Notting Hill and West Hampstead are all easily accessible. Heathrow is a 45-minute drive away via the M4.
We operate several wonderful apartments in this building. The photos are representative of a typical apartment but the exact unit allocation may differ to the unit shown.

The location is very convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. nearby, and the subway station is just two blocks away. The room is clean and comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, a large fan is provided. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. There is a safe at the door of the room, and the door key can be handed over inside. The only drawback is that the smell of oil smoke in the room is quite strong. I wonder if the previous customers often fried and cooked. It is recommended to add a little more fragrance and the like.
The sought after area of Marylebone Village is mere moments from the hubbub of Oxford Street and Bond Street, but contrastingly laid-back in character. The neighbourhood offers a rich array of eateries, shops, and lifestyle experiences in a picturesque setting, with streets lined with period architecture and relaxing park areas nearby.
Located in an ideal central location in Marylebone Village, these chic one-bedroom and studio apartments are extremely well appointed with bright, contemporary, open plan living, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, comfortable bedrooms and sleek, stylish shower rooms to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.

Outstanding
MMaha AlshihaOur stay here was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, had wide windows with a beautiful view from two sides with blinders that we can close at night.. the service was great, the food was good as well and the Thai restaurant at floor 1 was delicious! I love everything here and I would definitely visit again
AAndy NooGreat location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
Ssalaudin lunatHilton hotel Gibson Road (Sutton) an excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, parking available (not free in the compound of the property). Plus swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. There are shopping centre near by, library, supermarkets and great places to eat. Not too far from the railway station. Excellent public transport. I highly recommend this hotel.
大大食仔The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.
GGuest UserOnce inside very pleasant. The Pods make it super convenient for accessing T5P Room was very clean and had full coffee making facilities and nespresso pods and biscuits as well as water. Surprisingly dark and quiet even though it's next to the airport. Also easy access on foot to open country.
NNacho LeeAir con pretty much only blowing hot air instead of cold air, especially during our visit. We had to change room, even hotel engineer not able to fix it.
We asked for a fan, but it took a while nothing came.
The breakfast area is too crowded although quite a lot of selections.
Good walking distance to Westfield
CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!
CCHEE ZHI YANGWe stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
