The place could have been so perfect, but there was no management on site. Every question to staff (who seemed to be just people dropping by to check on the place) was met with them needing to phone the owner or manager, who never showed up.
I mentioned that there was no hot water in our room they came back to say they fixed it (after a manager phone call) but it wasn't. So no showers for us.

酒店地方不錯，離兩個日出日落觀景點都很近。主要是老闆人不錯，車接車送不説，我訂的房間被訂走了給我免費升級了大床房，房間也很大舒適還可以看日出。

民宿在平安寨子裏，位置一流，窗外就是風景，出了寨子就是漫山的梯田，步行十分鐘即可到達觀景台。服務很好，我去的時候是淡季，老闆免費給升級了景觀更好的房型。從停車場到民宿需要步行，老闆幫着把行李提到了房間。

淡季回南天，但是還好木質房屋防潮性好，又很有特色……山景房窗外的景色很美、還有秋千，小朋友很喜歡，房間乾淨整潔，老闆都是本地人，還算熱情大方

看攜程評價買的，老闆人確實很不錯，車接車送，很熱情地推薦遊玩路線，為遊客着想，例如早上去看日出，他建議我們不要下來他家吃早餐，直接在山頂吃，節省時間。回來找不到路就視頻聯繫指導怎麼走。老闆還給免費升級了房間，房間比較大，窗外可以看到山和民宿，還有兩個空調，適合一家子

老闆人很實在，我們到停車場停好車打電話給他，幾分鐘就開車到停車場來接我們去酒店，房間雖然小點，但是住着蠻舒服的，窗外的景色也非常美。晚飯和老闆訂了個竹筒雞和竹筒飯，炒個小白菜，味道很不錯，分量也多。早上起來爬山去七星伴月觀景台看日出，十多分鐘就到山頂了，我們游完回到酒店收拾行李沒見老闆在店裡，打電話給他，他一會就到店裡幫我們拿些行李送我們下山。以後有朋來這玩的話會推薦朋友入住這家店

房間很乾凈衞生，打開窗户可以聽到小溪流水的聲音，晚上睡覺關上窗户又特別的安靜。老闆人實在，話不多，我們去的時候是坐大巴車的，轉了好幾次才到山上，特別的累。晚上老闆知道我們坐大巴車來就和我們説要不要幫我們約第二天順風車回桂林，我們説好，他就幫我們在他們本地的司機羣裏給我們找順風車，第二天我們坐順風車回桂林真是比前一天舒服多了。我建議去那邊玩的朋友不是自駕的話可以提前和酒店老闆溝通一下，免得浪費很多時間在路上。

老闆人實在又熱情，我們開車到平安停車場打電話給老闆，老闆馬上開車來接我們去酒店。房間乾淨衞生，一開窗就可以看到美景。酒店自己有餐廳，吃飯方便，分量很足、味道很好，特別是那竹筒雞和竹筒飯。下次有機會再來的話還會選擇這家店。
