Me and a Marine Corps buddy of mine came in. Both of us in town for work and catching up. I was staying here at the Fairmont (Century Plaza). Kevin took care if us this eve and I typically do not take time to write reviews like this but I feel cosmically obligated; hear me out: Dear GM/Owner powers that be...The team you have assembled here are ACES. Specifically, Kevin was so professional and personable it was truly was great to come in. With several options around town, I will find it difficult to justify going anywhere else for the next ten days. The menu is phenomenal, the food excellent, and to cap it off the team here is just great to interact with. Please tell Kevin thank you for us and please please appreciate his efforts- truly a rare spirit out here and made the experience worth from start to finish.

The boss’s service was very warm, and a small bottle of ice mineral water was sent for breakfast. The bathroom is a bit small, the others are quite good.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had very pleasant experience. All staff were helpful and treated us friendly and courteously. Location is conveniently with parking garage and entrance is safe. Our room faced freeway, but it's not noisy. Room was very clean. Free Breakfast was very good. Sausages and bacons were not oily. We were treated well and generously. The welcome snacks and drinks were another lovely surprises. We had a very positive experience in general staying here.

Our family of 5 (two teens and a 9-year-old) stayed here during our 2 days in L.A. Great location - we walked to Century City Mall and could easily drive to all the places we wanted to see. Great staff - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ray - one of the valets - was especially wonderful. Every time we came and went he gave us tips on places to go, best ways to get there to avoid traffic and favorite restaurants. He went above and beyond.

My one bedroom suite exceeded all expectations. It felt like a large apartment with all of the kitchen amenities I would’ve needed. Unfortunately I only stayed two nights, but I could’ve stayed longer. The hotel staff are ultra professional and friendly. It was hot in LA when I was visiting and the air conditioning was perfect. Not loud in the bedroom and just the right temperature for a restful evening. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The free ETRO products were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel. The Hotel is in the Westwood neighborhood which has really good food options including tender greens, Noah’s bagels, Starbucks, and Trader Joe’s.

The design of this hotel is more distinctive and unique. The window of the room we stayed in can see very beautiful flower trees. This feature makes us like to open the blinds. There is a small problem that it is relatively close to the building behind, and the staff or other guests of the hotel can pass under the window. Need a little attention, but still very nice window view. The hotel bed is relatively large, the remaining space is not much, the bathroom is relatively small, only a shower, but the supplies are more particular. The hotel can help with parking (more than 40 dollars per night), and the car can also be parked in several parking spaces on the side of the road. During the day, the fee is charged according to the time period. At night, you can park for free overnight, but there are few parking spaces and you need to be lucky. The lobby of the hotel is very warmly decorated, similar to B&B. There is not a lot of food. It is better than the beautiful environment and the sense of French design.
