小區房改造，一層幾户都是酒店房間，為了和朋友住在一户裏方便些，有一間最後調換成小房型，退房時老闆也沒退差價。另外一間房雖然面積大一點，但是洗手間和淋雨都是原本的陽台改的，通房間還沒門，一晚空調都沒把房間打暖，很冷，澡也不敢洗。另外如果車停在酒店前台門口，是要爬一層樓梯進入小區院子裏，然後才能走單元電梯。

差評，垃圾酒店，明明是旅館怎麼稱的上酒店，廁所的紙也沒收拾，吹風機也是壞的，礦泉水也沒有，這這你媽花一百多真冤，這破旅館50塊錢都有點多，垃圾垃圾垃圾

就在市中心，旁邊商業配套齊全，購物，吃飯都方便。客房乾淨，衞生。老闆娘很客氣，離老君山10公里左右，性價比比較高。

家人出遊，對比看了十幾家民宿，選擇了這家。抱着試試看的心態先定了一晚。下了高速幾分鐘就到店裡了。位置好找，附近飯店，便利店，葯店一應俱全！店門口有停車位，上樓一看，和宣傳圖片一樣，房間乾淨整潔，很舒適！喜歡！老闆娘熱情大方，而且很貼心！釦子掉了，借針線包，老闆娘專門回家拿了送到房間！服務滿分！第二天果斷續住！晚飯的時候妹夫説過些日子帶父母再來一次，還會選擇這家民宿！！等我們回去也會和家人朋友推薦這家！
