酒店景觀很棒，離正街也近，工作人員服務熱情，就是浴室太大了，暖氣流通不進去，洗澡有點冷，還有馬桶圈鬆動得厲害，建議定期檢查修繕。晚餐能送到房間這點真的好方便。

房間乾淨衞生，安靜舒適，游完回來泡個澡，安睡一整夜。酒店可以借登山杖、雨傘，出門右拐就是往美廬的路，溪邊拍照絕美。酒店斜對面150米左右就是觀光車總站，出行方便。在街上和酒店各吃兩餐，還是酒店味道好，特色菜都有。酒店套房兩個大窗户，視野如圖！親子出行，下次來廬山會繼續選擇。

酒店位置很好，去各個景點都很方便！離觀光車站很近，到街心公園步行就五分鐘～前台服務很熱情，態度很好～推薦大家定觀景大玻璃房，風景真的很棒！五星好評！❤️

位置極好，鬧中取靜，酒店人員服務熱情且靈活解決各種事宜，來回接送索道站，小孩十歲生日，晚餐主動送了生日麪，下次再來

首先，衝著能有窗外雪樹景觀選擇的（以攜程平台展示的首圖為參考）結果入住時發現是對着停車場朝向，沒有拍照慾望，當下沒有覺得不滿（想着可能是房型價格沒達到之類的沒太糾結），但是在退房發現同樣的房型，但對門就是全景觀，就在對門，甚至連一樓也是.！帶着孩子衝著雪景去，退房時略失望。
其次，這個價格建議馬桶可以有加熱🥲
最後，負一樓餐廳其實味道還不錯（早餐一般），正餐兩人簡單吃付¥100左右，員工阿姨熱情禮貌，還幫忙送餐到房。

酒店裝修不錯，酒店的餐也很好，剛到的晚餐在酒店的餐廳吃的，住客還可以打折，土豆牛腩真的超下飯。酒店的後面就是美廬，走路就可以去參觀了。

總體來説不值得。去的時候雪都已經化了，一個晚上卻要698，還不包含早餐。服務也很一般，去的時候問前台哪裡還可以帶小孩玩雪撬，一臉茫然地告訴我沒有，結果出去街心公園就可以玩。滿大街也都可以玩。無語。裏面的工作人員感覺都不是很熱情的樣子，衹有司機師傅還不錯。總之完全不值這個價，300多差不多了。
