"This was our second stay at the resort. Our first visit was during the pandemic, when all activities were shut down, and we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. This time, the experience was much richer and even better. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat from the strenuous climbs of Huangshan or the bustling crowds of Xidi and Hongcun, Banyan Tree is the perfect choice. Luchun Village is just about a 5-minute walk away, and a little further on foot, you'll reach Tachuan. Both are beautifully preserved, pristine villages. Before our arrival, our butler, Felix, reached out to me, asking for our estimated arrival time the next day to ensure everything was perfectly pre-arranged. When I simply requested an extra comforter, he immediately offered to upgrade our room, provided it was available. What a pleasant surprise! We ended up staying in the largest room type at Banyan Tree, the Luchun Two-Bedroom Villa (room numbers starting with 2), which boasted over 200 square meters, plus an outdoor garden and a balcony. Our teenager absolutely loved having so much space to run up and down between floors. The room was so incredibly vast that the three of us sometimes had to call each other just to find one another! Needless to say, as a five-star property, it had all the amenities you could possibly need, so I won't list them all. It featured three bathrooms, two bathtubs, three televisions, a three-door refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine. Both floors were impeccably clean; we were comfortable walking around barefoot. There wasn't a speck of dust or a single insect anywhere in the entire room – we were truly impressed. The service, in particular, was truly exceptional. Felix, our butler mentioned earlier, was incredibly enthusiastic, offering us detailed introductions and thoughtful recommendations. During our three-day stay, our housekeeper, Jo Yao, was not only extremely polite but also showed great respect for our privacy. Whether she was cleaning, delivering a fruit platter, or performing turndown service, she always asked for permission before entering. Her conversations with us while working were also very genuine. There was also a friendly shuttle driver who drove us around the resort and recommended local delicacies; I regret not catching his name. All the staff members here are warm, genuine, and truly committed to providing excellent service. We are so grateful. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and was always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was decent, though it could offer a wider selection. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with everything. The pet park had many cute animals, the swimming pool staff were very attentive, and the sunset ceremony had a wonderful sense of occasion. We just returned today, and I wanted to write this review promptly to truly do justice to all the wonderful experiences Banyan Tree offered."

"The location is excellent, right in the heart of the scenic area. The hotel also provides station pick-up and drop-off, making for a seamless and very convenient experience. Although it was my first time booking a B&B, I was truly impressed. As mentioned in other reviews, the service was outstanding, and responses were prompt. All staff members were incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant food was also delicious; I particularly recommend the roasted local pork chop. My only minor suggestion would be for the breakfast to offer a bit more variety. They also provide a thoughtful and considerate laundry service. Our butler even gave us a tour of the B&B's other facilities and courtyard, which was a very pleasant surprise. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the children's policy could be more flexible or accommodating. While our specific issues were resolved smoothly, an initially unaccommodating policy might deter many potential guests."

"This is a must-stay hotel with kids! Highly recommended! The tent-style independent house is very special, and the children love it! When you open the door, you feel like you have fallen into the world of Hayao Miyazaki animation! The butlers Xiao Hu and Xiang Xiang provide very good service! "Living in the secret of Huangshan, the French romance, this holiday is directly sealed! Don't stare at the attractions when you come to Huangshan! In the sixth quarter, the holiday manor directly moved the South Law style into the Huizhou landscape. The experience was full. I really regretted not staying for a few more days! The environment is extremely high, and the shots are wallpaper: The manor is hidden in the hinterland of Hongcun and Lucun, surrounded by hundreds of acres of mountains and rice fields, and the mist overflows the terraced fields in the early morning, and the silhouette of the clothes farmers and pink buffaloes slowly moves, like breaking into the flowing pastoral. "This vacation was really amazing by this hotel! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I felt like I was in a paradise, which made me relax instantly. It was raining all day and I was worried that there was nowhere to go. As a result, I was amazed by the hazy beauty of the hotel, surrounded by lush green plants, and the misty feeling. The photos were beyond the original pictures! The room facilities are also great, the bedding is comfortable, the smart equipment is complete, and even the small refrigerator is full of free drinks. "The hotel is 4 kilometers away from Hongcun. During the National Day, this price is more cost-effective. The scenery is super like. The outdoor swimming pool is unfortunately cold and cannot swim. There is a big lake outside the swimming pool and the room is very large. However, the facilities are a bit old, the bathing facilities are not convenient, and the breakfast is average. For dining, it is recommended to go to the Sancha Road at the entrance of the hotel to Hongcun for 50 meters. There is a small kitchen in the family courtyard. The public comment list is one... "For me, the whole trip has no shortcomings except that it is a bit far. It takes four hours one way from Wuxi by high-speed rail and self-driving, but the scenery along the way makes it worth the four hours. Especially the small road approaching the hotel, the endless green rice fields, all the bad mood caused by busy work is wiped away. We walked this trail back and forth seven or eight times, and there was a different scenery at every turn. The design of the hotel reception desk and library is also my favorite style.
