There are too many things that need to be rectified in this hotel. The deepest feeling it gives people is that there is no feeling...

Among the hotels of the same grade I have stayed in, this is the worst overall, no one. I originally wanted to book Jiahua, because the May Day trip was a last-minute decision. When I booked a few days before the holiday, the hotel was out of room, so I chose this two-year-old Meihua, but the experience was extremely bad. 1. Chaotic management. When I first arrived at the hotel front desk, a customer was changing rooms. The two front desk staff chattered for a long time and left us aside. Later, when a front desk helped us check in, he was still talking to the guest who changed rooms, and he didn't feel it was wrong to leave us aside. Because I felt that the lobby was very small and there was a dark area behind the front desk, my husband went over to take a look and asked what it was, was it a restaurant, the front desk said yes, and then said loudly two or three times that the two rooms we booked did not include breakfast. Didn't we know that we booked the room ourselves? There is no need to emphasize loudly again and again that there must be a reason for not booking breakfast. 2. Poor hygiene. I think this has a lot to do with the chaotic management. The hotel opened in 22 years, and the corridor carpet is so dirty that it makes people's scalps numb. I don't know if it is never cleaned or no one supervises the cleaning. The floor of the washbasin in the room I stayed in was sticky. I called someone to clean it. The auntie who came over said in a panic that there was other work to be done. After mopping it with a mop, the floor was not only sticky, but also had a sour smell of rags. There was also unknown dirt on the walls of the room, and there was hair on the floor (I didn't take a picture of this, many small details are really speechless). I won't list other hygiene details one by one, which affects my mood. Anyway, after sleeping for a night, adults and children are itchy. 3. The environment is average. The lobby is very small. Before checking in, I saw many people taking pictures of the bookshelf side and thought it should be quite big. In fact, the lobby is really small. It doesn't look like the high-end hotels I have stayed in. I didn't buy breakfast because the pictures I saw online didn't look very good. In fact, the restaurant is really small. I don't know if the room is really 35 square meters, which is much smaller than the 40 square meters of other hotels. The king-size bed room is 1.8 meters, which seems to be smaller than the size of the bed at home. By the way, the guest refrigerator in the room is always off when it is powered on. It is just a decoration. I have never stayed in Meihua in other cities. I feel that this hotel does not seem to be managed by professional hotel practitioners, and the overall feeling is small and stingy. It does not look like a high-end hotel. It may be slightly larger than a fast hotel, but it does not reach the level of a high-end hotel. The management, hygiene and service are not even as good as professional chain fast hotels. It is really too bad.
