My second stay in Sheraton. Love its location and the convenience. Breakfast was amazing! Would return if there is good deals in future.

What a wonderful break! I paid extra to have access to the Sheraton Club. It was not cheap, but it was worth every penny! The breakfast in the club was amazing, as was the evening dinner and drinks. The bread and cheese felt like being in Europe. Almost everything about the hotel was amazing, the only shame was that two of the three pool areas were closed, and the one that was open had no jacuzzi, the pools were annoyingly shallow, there was no pool bar, but there was an old man spitting on the floor while he clipped his toe nails onto the ground (the staff did nothing to stop him). Alas, I would happily return there for sure.

The hotel room is still as good as before. Stayed there many times. It's always our first choice whenever we are in macau.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Macau and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bathtub was exceptional—one of the best I’ve enjoyed in a long time, providing just the relaxation I needed. On the first night, I did hear a bit of construction noise from Tower 2, but it was completely quiet by the second night, so it didn't disturb my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel is connected to numerous shopping centers and other hotels, making it convenient to explore the area without even stepping outside. The location is beautiful, and the entrance is truly stunning, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. Overall, my time at the Sheraton Grand Macau was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a few nights. Rooms are spacious even with a wheelchair in the room. The swimming pool was a bit of walking distance. There is construction around the building so there are noises.

Located in The Londoner, Sheraton is actually pretty good when it comes to travelling around. It's near the Harry Potter Exhibition as well as The Parisian and The Venetian. However, you can see that the hotel has its history through the molds and stains. For around $800 per night, maybe they can focus a bit more on the cleanliness. The bathroom had stains and the towels and bed linens have hair and black spots on them. Quite disappointed with the birthday arrangements as well. The card was probably from a while back. It would write there's a small surprise in the mini bar fridge but nothing was there. We just found a small box of cake on the table. Please update your cleanliness as well as the card 😂

The hotel was enormous. The room was spacious and spotless. The service was good, but check-in took a while due to the long line.

Absolutely overwhelmed with the executive lounge access, which we nearly forgot and after a 20 min in the queue before check in, we swiftly took the 4th floor to our delight, no queue required.

Be warned: Long queue for check in even on non-peak day. I give 5 star for the location, thats about it. The room is showing signs of aging, peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. The room amenities are the basic that I have seen in any 5 star hotels. I probably won't consider staying here again given so many newer hotels in the surroundings that cost about the same. The room actually smells unpleasant especially the bedsheet, hence, i didn't get to sleep through the night cos of the smell.

Sheraton Grand Macao_Thankful for the management and receptionist for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. The room is spacious and clean. Love it! Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm traveling again.

Cleanliness and hygiene undeniably good! Amazing location- whereby can access easily to anywhere you wish to go to Service - basically have to wait for long for check in however there’s a great service of concierge after checking out. Overall it’s a great and memorable stay and would come back again if by any chance.

We were very happy to get early check-in. We requested a non-smoking room but unfortunately the room still had a faint smell of smoke. My husband suffers from allergies and couldn't breath properly. The view from the room was nice.
