Very Good
MMaguagebixingqiuThe location is excellent. Right downstairs, you'll find a dessert shop (Yangzhi Jinlao) and a spicy noodle shop (Suan La Fen). Dino and Xilian Cafe are about a 20-30 minute walk away, but there's a direct bus route available. The hotel entrance isn't grand, but it's easy to spot. Check-in is on the 4th floor. Upon entering the ground floor, there was a noticeable chemical smell, possibly formaldehyde, which might be due to ongoing renovations nearby.
**Environment:** The ambiance was quite good. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it seemed decent overall. I did take pictures of the check-in lobby, which looked clean and tidy.
**Service:** Service was good. If you needed anything, a call to the front desk would have housekeeping promptly deliver items to your room. However, takeout deliveries had to be picked up from the ground floor as delivery to rooms wasn't possible; card access is required for floors above the 4th.
**Cleanliness:** For those who are particular about cleanliness, it might fall a bit short. The bathroom had visibly yellowing corners and edges, indicating it wasn't as clean as expected. This was quite disappointing, especially since I chose this hotel because it was advertised as a new establishment in 2024.
**Facilities:** Most facilities were fine. The main issue was the hot water: it took a while to come on, and when it did, it was extremely hot. Adjusting it was very tricky; even with significant adjustments, it would fluctuate wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold throughout the shower. Another point was the toilet. While not a smart toilet, which isn't a major concern, the flushing sound was incredibly loud – loud enough to wake someone up.
Overall, the experience was still positive. The hotel offers luggage storage, can help arrange taxis, and the service was very prompt. One final note: while the room photos (like the last one) showed bathrobes, there weren't any in my room. I specifically inquired at the front desk and was informed they don't provide them. 🙂
MMimi1925We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant.
The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1.
I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍
WWangThe hotel has a great location. Although they don't offer an airport shuttle, you can easily catch one from the nearby Wynn or MGM. The overall environment is very clean, and the facilities are excellent. The infinity pool is stunning. I really appreciated the room upgrade from the 4th to the 9th floor, which provided a fantastic view. Both the room and the bathroom are very spacious, and they even have smart toilets. There's also a supermarket in the basement, which is super convenient for grabbing daily necessities or snacks. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Macau.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Fisherman's Wharf, opposite Sands Casino, and very close to MGM, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. It features an in-house Chinese restaurant that serves great food, with a special discount for hotel guests. Our suite was very spacious; despite being a corner unit, there was a water dispenser conveniently located right outside the door. The one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom design was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. While dedicated USB charging ports were not available, there were convenient power outlets by the bedside for charging devices.
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
MMarios KynigosThe location is convenient and well-situated, making it easy to get around. However, the place itself is fairly basic and doesn’t offer anything particularly special. It’s a decent option if you’re just staying for a couple of nights and don’t need many amenities.
GGuest UserWe booked a triple room for convenience, but it turned out to be exceptionally small. The window offered a view of tightly packed residential buildings, reminiscent of the old Kowloon Walled City, making it impossible to open the curtains. Despite being a triple room, only two tooth mugs were provided. When we asked the front desk, they directed us to housekeeping, who explained that while three sets of toiletries were given, their policy stipulated only two tooth mugs per room.
Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke. A technician worked on it for nearly an hour, but by 1 AM, it still wasn't fixed, and we were simply given a fan. At checkout, there was no apology or explanation whatsoever regarding the AC problem. To add insult to injury, upon checking out, we realized one room key card was missing, and they immediately charged us 50 RMB, citing their policy. It really feels like these rules are only for guests!
MM300774****The beds are quite spacious, which is a definite plus for Macau standards. While the cleanliness was decent and not as bad as some online reviews suggested, the facilities are genuinely old and dated. The 7th floor has a swimming pool and a hot tub, which is great for kids. Breakfast was quite generous, offering a good variety. The location is fantastic: there are numerous eateries and restaurants right across the street. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Grand Lisboa and only about a 10-15 minute drive to Taipa. The service was excellent; any requests made by phone were promptly fulfilled. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were very helpful. As we were a large group, finding taxis for six people on our own was inconvenient, so having the front desk staff help us arrange cabs was a huge relief and saved us a lot of hassle.
