"The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean. Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much. As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine."

"Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel."

"Hotel is located near the airport which makes it a good option for those who want to be able to quickly go to or go from the airport. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice looking."

"Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels"

"The hotel is very close to the airport, very suitable for those who take early flights. There is an airport bus that picks up and takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. There seems to be no restaurant, so everyone goes to the Holiday Inn opposite to eat. There are several airport hotels nearby, which are much cheaper than Sheraton anyway. The room is very new. Although it faces the street, the sound insulation is good, so there is no noise anyway!"

"The room is nice, newly decorated, clean and has a kitchen. The breakfast is also good. The hotel is located in a remote area, but the price/performance ratio is good. The only problem is that the booking is very popular and the check-out date cannot be delayed. But overall it is worth recommending."

"Near the airport, parking is charged, there is a separate underground parking garage, but the signs are not very clear, there are several doors that need to be opened to know which passage has an elevator! The room is relatively large, the bathroom is very small, a kettle is provided, and dinner is over at nine o'clock!"

"Perfect hotel close to the airport for a quick sleep, shower and back on a plane. The room was spacious with a couch and lovely shower. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and when I emailed them to ask where to find the bus, they emailed me back within minutes. Only problem I had was the pillows. They feel a bit lumpy. But otherwise a great hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff."
