"The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean.
Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much.
As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine."
"Because our plane was delayed and we didn't have a train back to Ghent, we were able to make a last-minute reservation. Even though we arrived after midnight, we received a very friendly welcome. The room was clean and cozy. No noise. Definitely recommended."
"Very clean, confortável, small but good enough for the porpoise , be close to the airport "

"Good room, a decent selection of TV channels though not exhaustive.
Bathroom door closes out to form an extra barrier between the bedroom and the corridor.
Good food, mainly Italian, with a decent bar and sports channels on."
"Hotel is located near the airport which makes it a good option for those who want to be able to quickly go to or go from the airport. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice looking."
"Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels"
"The hotel is very close to the airport, very suitable for those who take early flights. There is an airport bus that picks up and takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. There seems to be no restaurant, so everyone goes to the Holiday Inn opposite to eat. There are several airport hotels nearby, which are much cheaper than Sheraton anyway. The room is very new. Although it faces the street, the sound insulation is good, so there is no noise anyway!"
"Among the hotels I visited during my trip, the service and facilities were very good. It was great for families to stay, and it had a kitchen so it was convenient to cook food. Parking was safe, and the free washing machine and dryer in the basement were useful. clean"
"The hotel is located in the Machelen district, only a 15-minute drive from Brussels Airport. It has extremely convenient transportation and is particularly suitable for business travelers or transit passengers. The room is equipped with a sofa bed and a smart toilet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the free toiletries and high-speed Wi-Fi fully meet your needs. The most surprising thing is that the hotel provides free parking and 24-hour front desk service, so you can feel the meticulous care even when you arrive late at night. Breakfast includes freshly baked bread and fruit, which is simple but heart-warming. The price per person is very competitive among similar airport hotels. I would recommend this efficient and comfortable option to friends who travel frequently!"
"Perfect hotel close to the airport for a quick sleep, shower and back on a plane. The room was spacious with a couch and lovely shower. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and when I emailed them to ask where to find the bus, they emailed me back within minutes. Only problem I had was the pillows. They feel a bit lumpy. But otherwise a great hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff."

Great
TTraveller354Good hotel for people who have early flights like we did, and easy uber ride from the center.
One thing though: EVERYTHING is automated. Check in, snack counter, parking, check out, …
Fine if you are young and know your way around technology, but not so sure my grandparents or older aunts/uncles could have managed without help.
There also wasn’t anyone around that could help out.
ZZhuGood airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.
((sic)Location is close to the airport, but without a shuttle bus it's not really usefull. Public bus only runs once or twice an hour. You better stay close to one of the train stations in Brussels and take the train to the airport.
