The hotel location is very convenient, just take couple minutes from Atocha station. Staffs are very professional and polite. Room is clean and spacious

The location is not that close to the Atocha station as we thought. The room is very large and confortable, however, it is pity that they could not offer us a late check-out.

Location is great and close to Atocha train station also couples of Metro stations. Easy to commute to key tourist attractions. Number of restaurant options and local super markets are nearby. Room setup and amenities are less than standard due to sustainability initiatives. Breakfast options are a relatively simple but enough.

Around 15 minutes walk from Madrid Atocha Station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Wifi is strong, check in is fast. Nearest metro station is Palo de la Frontea that is 5 minutes walk

It’s generally good but structure seems a bit strange we have use move another building all the time Otherwise it’s OK

In Madrid, this price should be equivalent to a four-star hotel in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, China.

The hotel performance is really shabby for this price. The twin room is given one toothbrush, there is no toilet paper in the room, the cups are two small paper cups, the towels are not clean, and the room is dark. Even if there is plenty of sunshine outside during the day, you still need to turn on the lights in the room. The location is shown near the train station, but it takes more than ten minutes to walk there, and you have to take the elevator up and down, which is very inconvenient to carry luggage, especially large luggage. The room and the front desk are in two buildings, and you have to take the elevator up and down with luggage in the hotel. Finally, for the first time, I felt the difference in the attitude of the front desk towards European and American tourists and Asian faces. The lady at the front desk was chatting with a European and American man in front of me, but when we checked in, she suddenly looked cold. I have stayed in so many hotels and the first time I encountered this situation was at Marriott.

The room is spacious and bright, the service is good, the breakfast is rich, and the location is excellent. It is 8-10 minutes walk from Atocha train station. It was a pleasant stay!

The hotel has convenient transportation. It is not far from two subway stations and not far from the Atocha train station. There is an airport bus to the airport at the entrance of the train station (this station is the departure station), so it is suitable for guests who take trains and planes. All very convenient. The hotel is located in an inner street, and the surrounding community feels older.

A hotel that costs 1,700 a night is not as good as the more than 300 business hotels in the country. There is nothing in the room that you can ask for. The most outrageous thing is that there are two paper cups placed there. If you know how to save money, why should you open a hotel?
