NH is simply what it is in Spain: it is EVERYWHERE, it is AVAILABLE, it is ECONOMICAL, it is CLEAN, it is DIGITAL, it is FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL, it is EVERYWHERE the same. Hence I was guest at NH Zurbano, found myself a digital check in, a clean room, a modern hotel, a great breakfast at a reasonable price and guess what.........next time, NH it will be...

Beautiful hotel, great food, good location Excellent service. The room are very clean with one of the most comfortable bad. The TV has a casting option which is a great benefit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare a breakfast picnic box upon request.

We stayed 4 nights before Christmas. The hotel was quite nice and very festive! Very much enjoyed the large area around and up to the hotel bar on the ground level. Nice place to relax, and also have a drink. We did not eat at the hotel however. The staff was also quite pleasant and we got a quiet room higher up facing the interior courtyard. The room was well kept, perfect size, and well furnished. The concierge helped us find things to do, and we learned how to get to the nearby metro stations to head downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and with a number of very small boutique restaurants. Another added bonus was that the famous Sorolla Museum (His House) is just a few blocks away. We would return here.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 nights with a great experience and this was my first time in Spain. Had a pleasant welcome with the reception and was very easy and welcome check in with a great smile from staff at front desk. Rooms are very nice with average size but you will be happy with the space Breakfast was good and food was extremely tasty with very good service from staff as well Very nice and easy check out with a smile of good bye

Definitely a very good option to stay in Madrid, I’m staying here in December that I go back there. I really can recommend this place, the only downside is that if someone from your neighbors leave early the maid services can make so much noice and you end up waking up because of the noise they make.

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are a lot of open-air restaurants and shopping places. But the hotel has a certain room type that can accommodate three people. Whether the couple carries a child or the parents carries two children, the front desk strictly implements the rules for two people. You need to add money to another room type with a sofa bed to accommodate three people. This information hotel did not provide at all when booking with Ctrip.

Very good, modern hotel, in a fantastic location in the city. This hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the local Metro station and less than 10 minutes walk to Plaza de España and the beginning of Grand Via. To reach the very Centre of the city (Sol) it's only 20 minutes by foot or you can use the Metro with only one change. We paid direct to the reception for breakfast on one of our 3 mornings and it was well worth the money. A good range of tasty food and drink on offer. The bed was very comfy. The WiFi worked very well. Air con was excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel.

I have just come home from staying here for three days, my initial views were good for this hotel, I am afraid looking back I was wrong. The service I received was fine, but to be charged £340 for three nights which converts to £288, £95 a night I feel is outrageous and most definitely would not stay here again. I feel very annoyed with myself for agreeing to stay here for three nights. I have not been out of the UK for two years and eight months so this was very important to me. I had not booked in advance, just went to Alicante and thought I could find a hotel, it was very hot, I was feeling tired, I do not think I was thinking straight.😰but I do blame myself entirely. She said it was a special offer so I would have breakfast free, but I can assure you the breakfast was extremely mediocre, I did not choose to have breakfast on the last day, so getting it free and paying £95 a night is irrelevant. They did not have fresh milk, it was long life milk, The bread was stale, the sausages in the hot section look liked they came out of a can and cold, the scrambled egg was cold, the bacon in the hot plate was 99% fat and cold, all the juices they were serving were out of a packet and were very distasteful. I would rate this breakfast as a two-star hotel and indeed I would say probably one of the worst breakfasts I have had in a hotel in my lifetime. I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels so I do have some experience, I would probably say this hotel is worth £60 pounds a night maximum, then one could accept what I received as acceptable, to charge £95 a night again I am going to say is very disappointing and outrageous. I also strongly recommend to anyone going to Alicante do not stay at this hotel for £95 a night, it is only worth about £60. Another point I would like to make the building noise outside over the three days was shocking, even with all the doors closed, the noise from the building noise and the bars across the road was horrendous and I paid £95 a night for this. Another very important point not out of the UK for two years and eight months, I am. 70 years old, have underlining health conditions and the staff working in the hotel could not even be courteous enough to put a face mask on or advise anyone to wear a face mask, I was the only one in the hotel with a face mask on, this is disgraceful and something they should not be proud of. I suppose if you are young and you do not have any health conditions you can just have this type of attitude. I felt exposed, frightened, and worried about catching Covid in this hotel. I have to say shame on you for putting me through this. I paid you £95 a night to make me feel like this. Spain went through a very difficult time during Covid, I also know it is not compulsory now to wear a mask, but you should be more professional and you should think about your vulnerable customers. Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.

The location of the hotel is very central and well located, good cleanliness and good price quality.
