I heartily recommend it, beautiful views, good food, close to the beach. Attractions are always provided, the staff knows how to take care of the customer. In the evenings there are shows and dances. The area is quiet but there are a lot of shops and places to see. The weather in September is great. Worth every penny. We'll be happy to come back next year!

I will share a review - in Lithuania, a TezTour representative sold this hotel as 5 stars. Our mistake is that we did not check ourselves. Judging as a 4-star hotel, it would probably be good. I will try not to focus on the issue of cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel, the limited presence of hygiene items and their non-replenishment (no problem, we bought our own), disposable/plastic dishes in the evening and many other details that I had to encounter for the first time. Since we traveled a lot, we didn't stay in the hotel that much. • Massages in the spa center are good enough. • The service staff - almost all of them are excellent, the staff is the real asset of this hotel. Good, friendly, helpful, smiling people - that's what people miss the most when they return home. I would like to draw attention to the fact that there is one middle-aged or older man with longer hair working at the reception desk, he is a person that many hotel guests tried to avoid, without extra money no issue is solved, empathy 0. It is worth thinking about changing the profession for this person. But it was not as it might seem - two young men worked - one of them Tolgahan, the other (if I remember) I will write. Excellent, friendly, helpful - they helped, directed, always met with a good mood! The girl who made coffee at the Lobby bar, Ege, is always smiling, kind, personally warm like the Turkish sun! In the bar by the sea, the woman making the drinks is such a warm person, smiling and kind☀️. Thank you for the good emotions! In the field of catering, basically everyone is wonderful, polite! ☀️ The food is good - no poisoning, full of fruits, vegetables, chicken and turkey. Fewer healthy options as well - in other words, you will find a wide variety of whatever food you want. As for evening programs, considerable attention is paid to children. Russian speakers should really like it. :) As for the internet within the hotel - it is paid, only the wifi connection was really poor, there was no internet connection more often than there was. Or you had to leave your room or find another place in the hotel to use the internet.

Emre is very friendly guy! He have very nice Personality. He's funny and he doing a good a**osphere in the hotel. Ensures a great fun at the hotel Swimming pool. He has always smile on face. He creates a good mood. He organizes great animations. Emre is a cool guy!

Can't complain, great location, all staff are great, especially enjoyed Emree and Murats efforts to make my stay enjoyable, being a single male in 50s (widowed) and there being no other English people staying during my 2 week that I came across, was nice they took time to sit and chat, but they do this with everyone, I got involved with games Darts,water polo and enjoyed the karaoke, all bar staff are nice , as are the restaurant staff, single Ozyn in Bistro restaurant, top man friendly and professional, as were all staff , Shame some of the guests can be so rude, well done Senza (I've still got 4 days left, so if your horrible to me now I'll update lol )

Me and my husband have just returned from the Santa senza hotel .we are both 72 years old had a lovely holiday never was lovely to us both .also bar captain Ramadan was so helpful and also bar waiter yagmu we will definitely return

Eşim ve oğlumla 4 gün tatil yaptik. Otelin denize alt geciti ve iskelesi olması çok güzeldi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Özellikle misafir ilişkileri sorumlusu Medine hanim bize çok yardımcı oldu. Yemekler çok çeşitli güzeldir. Ala kart restorana gi**enizi de tavsiye ederim.
