The cleanliness was the main concern. The floor was not swept very well. Baby cockroaches were everywhere. Terribly, the shower was not working. I couldn't shower properly because that that was not working. There is a TV but the remotes were not working. The room was so dusty. Even the telephone was not working. Incenct poops were everywhere. It was a very hard stay, to be honest. No hot water at all. Front office services were not friendly at all. But one good stay. It's so affordable. It's good for just one night. No more than two nights for any reason. I was suffering because of that stay. If you guys can make it little more clean, actually, it's a really good facility.

Let me start with the good stuff — the location is somehow good, not right in the busiest spot but still close enough to major attractions that we could get around easily on foot or by a short ride. That was a big plus for our trip. Unfortunately, there were a couple of frustrating issues. First off, there’s no elevator at all, and we were assigned to the 4th floor. Carrying heavy suitcases up all those stairs was a real workout, especially after a long day of traveling. To make things worse, the toilet flush wasn’t working properly — it would take multiple tries to get it to empty completely, which was pretty inconvenient. It’s a decent option if you’re on a budget and don’t mind the stairs, but the maintenance issues and lack of elevator made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.

Still I prefer this place due to convenience to many places like church, malls and even hospital. Actually, I used to stay in Brgy San Antonio, Makati for so long.

We had this early booking we pay 100 per hour before our check in time. If you have luggages no worries no staff will assist you to bring your luggage upstairs you do it alone😔. Good thing they have free access for drinking water.

Location wise, okay. However, there ants and bugs on the wall and toilet. Bath rag is wet.

Room is quite good, bed issues comfortable, blanket should be thicker!
