A great hotel. I am a critic been to hotels in.over 55 countries. I refused to pay the deposit but gave in as it was their policy ! I was not disappointed. This hotel is 5 star due to the courteous staff and management, who make you feel like royalty. The facilities are top class like the rooms that come equipped with flip flops, tea and coffee, gowns, hot water in the showers and comfy beds with smart TV. The massages are top class, the skypool, the big pool aswell, and great breakfast.
Not forgetting the beachfront view. You get the best sunsets I have ever seen. All the comforts if you are looking for a top star hotel. Well done Hennan crystal sands !

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

We were welcomed by Leo and his entourage upon arrival, and we were blown away by the warmth of their hospitality. The welcome drummers along our way to the front desk really lifted our mood during the arrival, bringing back good memories of the island. Leo and his team then escorted us directly to our room to process the check-in, where the welcome drinks were served simultaneously. Upon entering the room, a personalized welcome banner on the TV screen caught my attention, along with the thoughtful amenity at the side. Overall, the arrival experience made a huge impact on our memorable stay on the island. It set the mood and vibe perfectly. The resort is amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Fernandez, who took the time to personally greet and welcome us to his property. Lastly, thank you, Leo, and to the rest of your Front Office team—Karl, Miguel, Aly Bilat. Always a pleasure to stay here in Henann Park. Rooms, service, facilities and services are excellent. I just wish they extend the gym operation and have it Complimentary for inhouse guest, they charge a fee for that. Other than that, all is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Hennan Lagoon. The staffs of Hennan are very friendly and accomodating. The pool are very clean. My kid really had a great experience and had so much fun. Looking forward in staying at one of the hennan hotels soon..

Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.

My stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a picturesque getaway, with its stunning beachfront location providing breathtaking views. Situated in a prime spot, the resort offered easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to every need. My third time going to Boracay, my first time was in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, however it was too far, 2nd time we stayed in Villa De Oro, and for my third time, we stayed here at La Carmela. Our stay here at La Carmela was a clutch decision but a truly memorable one. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2022 at La Carmela. We stayed there for 9 nights. But I must say, some employees are not that dedicated and passionate with what they do, except for the security personnel who were all very accommodating. I myself, I am a front office agent, I can't even feel the sincerity with the service they provide. I was actually expecting a lot from La Carmela since Mr. Boy Abunda has always been promoting this resort during all his shows, in addition to that, so many celebrities and even influencers have stayed in La Carmela and seemed to like their services. But, to my dismay, all my expectation weren't met, unfortunately. Food is average, our daily breakfast was always served ice cold, pool is massive and beautiful, location is priceless since it's near the beach and just near to everything else where. I just wished they can step up their services including personal services to their guests, most especially that there are already a lot of hotels booming as their competitors. I know La Carmela has been there for countless years already, so why not make their legacy a good one. Overall, our room was okay, we waited for so long for our MUR, plus the ac in my mother's room is not functioning well. Would love to consider this hotel once more as it is perfect for budget travelers like me. stayed for 9 nights with my partner, mother, and my sister, and we only paid PHP 25k for everything including their plated breakfast. I hope you consider all the points I have mentioned, See you soon, La Carmela. :)

We went to Boracay in July 2022 for 22 days and we spent our last 6 days in Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay which was the best decision as we wanted to stay at Station 3 during our remaining days. This beachfront hotel is accessible through an access road from the main road which makes it easier to jump into an e-tricycle to go around the island and the White Beach Path for beach access. The staff were all nice especially the food and beverage team who were always there to assist us during our breakfast meals on the restaurant. Our room was located on the first level which was great because we were near the front desk, restaurant, beach and the pool. The hotel was built in 2009 so the amenities may not be updated such as there's no bidet in the toilet and I also wish that they have a retractable clothesline in the shower to hang our wet clothes on. But the classic wood furniture and beautiful lamps in the room really never gets old. We only went around Station 3 in those 6 days and I would say that it's one of my favorites areas in Boracay as it's a perfect fusion of the old and the new, as well as the perfect mix of locals and tourists. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay.

Location is great just right next to the port in station 3 , a bit far from dmall though. The room is clean , soft bed with free service water. The receptionist were so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here

DDaisy MacatangayThe resort is aesthetic, clean, and offers a lot! It is beach front and also near D Mall and many restaurants so you won't have a problem going around. But what sets them apart from the rest of the hotels in Boracay is their service. We were extremely satisfied with the service of the staff, as they were corteous and always ready to help and assist you. We only stayed a night but we felt how truly amazing the Coast experience was. They even drove us to our next resort, which was a surprise for us because they really didn't have to do that but they did! We're already looking forward to coming back here. ❤️

Blue Marina and Coast are the owners of two hotels in Boracay.
What strikes from the first minute? At Caticlan Airport you will be met by your own shuttle service to the hotel. The service is just awesome! The suitcase will be carried for you, the door will be opened, in front of the boat all the documents will be processed for you.
Transfer from the airport to the hotel goes according to the scheme: Minibus - Boat (very comfortable) - Minibus.
Blue Marina is a small hotel at the 2nd station of the island, it is compact and very cozy. When you check in, you are met by very polite staff and take pictures :)
The rooms are certainly not very new, but comfortable, clean. For guests under the Coast brand, there are two beach bags, antiseptics and slates. And a compliment from the hotel in the form of mangoes and bananas :) Every evening you choose breakfast at the reception. You are shown the breakfast menu, choose the main dish. In the morning, the employee sets the table and waits for you at the designated time.
In addition to the main course, there is also a small buffet.
Blue Marina doesn't have a pool, but Coast does. The Coast is 5 minutes walk along the beach - you can use all the infrastructure of the Coast despite the fact that you are a Blue Marine guest.
Blue Marina is literally one minute from the beach. Nearby there are 7Eleven, a bunch of souvenir shops, fish markets.
One day we received a wonderful offer from the hotel - free Upgrade to the Coast Hotel!
And we agreed :) Packed up and went to the Coast.
Next, it would be more logical to add a description of Coast.
Marketers Coast - just gods. Beautiful staff uniforms, pineapples everywhere, there are even metal jars for water in the room that you can purchase. And you certainly remember this brand.
Coast has a pool, towels are already everywhere.
Beach service is a separate part. I have never seen such a thing. Since sunbeds are prohibited on the island, Coast staff lay out mats for you, towels on top, and also make a mini headrest from towels. Beach Boy neatly arranges your things, brings water, ice cream, popcorn. But, and the most surprising thing is that when you get out of the water, an employee with a towel is already waiting for you at the shore and wraps you up with it. It's incredible!
Breakfast at the Coast is already a full buffet. The food is very tasty. Also in the Cha Cha's restaurant you can order delicious food, cocktails. As to the pool, so in the room, and on the tables in the cafe.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, but it doesn't catch much on the beach. We recommend buying the cheapest Dito SIM card at 7Eleven for 49 pesos.
As soon as you leave for breakfast, the maids already clean your room. They do it instantly and very professionally!
The hotel staff is smiling, always say hello and try to do everything to make your stay great.
A couple of days before departure, you will be asked about the time and date of departure. The hotel also provides a free shuttle directly to the airport. The staff will accompany you from the reception to the entrance to the airport (different people). This is really very cool!

GGuest UserThe Shanghai-la Boracay was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional, and personable. The amenities were up to date and very nice! Robert and Nessar from the beach bar were so nice and made sure we were always taken care of! Melissa from the seafood restaurant was so kind and recommended many delicious dishes! The villa was definitely worth the extra money. It was very big and offered great amenities. The villa was spacious with different seating areas where you could enjoy the sun or relax in the shade! They warned us about “wild animals” but we didn’t experience any. The pool was very big and also offered seating to sun bathe while enjoying it. The ocean was very clean and crystal clear! The beach serving staff were great even when you didn’t ask for anything. They brought around cold towels and ice water. It was my friends birthday and they made many efforts to make sure she felt special on her day. This included cakes, decorations, birthday songs and so much more! Very nice! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Boracay.
Some negatives: while very very delicious, the food and drinks were a bit over priced. I expected to pay more for a 5 star resort however I still considered it to be a bit high. Also, I wish the villa cleaning services came sooner rather than later in the afternoon. Maybe have a time selection for cleaning times based on guest preferences. The last thing would be to offer a later checkout or waiting services/ offer if you have a later flight. The airport is very small and very close to the hotel. The jetty ride is only a few minutes and bus ride is even shorter. It would have been nice to not wait in an airport with no accommodations for less time. Besides that, my stay was so wonderful! Would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone!

GGuest UserThe whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

Their beds are so comfortable, you might need an extra alarm clock⏰ just to wake up in the morning🤣🤣🤣!!! The staff are great especially Miss Abby, Miss Jennifer, Miss Richille, and Greg🙂!!!

Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for .
Every few days they reset the room
Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset.
They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in .
Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

Special recognition to Jy, Marv, JP, Jean, Marcy, JR, Edel, Eena, Brian, Butch and Sheryl for going above and beyond -always with a smile. Though the facilities were on the small side and equipment a bit dated, the customer service and location were great.

MmaribelcagsWe stayed for 4days/3nights. I like the staffs, they are all approachable and love their smile. It was really value for money because daily breakfast is included in our room accommodation and they gave us complimentary massage and i love it! The service was great, it's exceeds my expectation. Location : It is located near at ilig iligan beach, 5mins away via walking. I love the beach because it was not crowded unlike in the main/front beach which is 20mins away from the hotel. They have a shuttle going to dmall ( 5trips per day). Thank you to kuya orland, shuttle driver. He shared about his experience in boracay island. Thank you also to Ms. Anita for giving us a free ride going to cagban port. So much appreciated! Thank you Oasis Resort and Spa. Thank you for 5star experience. I will surely come back and recommend it.

LLINThis is the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in during my trip to the Philippines. It includes a buffet breakfast. There are a lot of Chinese and Western styles. Because there are not too many guests staying in the newly opened hotel, the quality and variety of breakfast are not reduced. Because I pay great attention to hygiene and coincide with the new crown period, especially when I go to the most prosperous place on White Beach to see restaurants that are not too rest assured, I basically eat three meals in the morning, middle, and evening. We listen to group friends and say Go to ”hit your dad” (note: there is no Di in front, Di has been closed) at the seafood market to buy Tai O Long and mud crabs to go back for processing by themselves, so we bought seafood at night and returned to the hotel and restaurant foreman to communicate, they We warmly processed and prepared seafood meals for us, and took photos with us. We only charged a small amount of processing fees. The main choice of seafood is to do the rest assured. It also eliminates the risk of processing and replacing ingredients in the seafood market. The main thing is that the chef of the hotel is very good at cooking. According to our taste, the original taste of seafood is superb, including the other dishes of the hotel are very delicious, let me talk about other Living experience, the room is large, spacious and bright. The rooms that were booked online have no view. After arriving at the store, the front desk and staff took us to see the pool view room. After adding a reasonable room upgrade fee, I changed it to my favorite. The view room is on the same floor as the front desk and the restaurant. The rooms are very convenient. The rooms are super new and clean. There are free large bottles of water and small cakes. The swimming pool is beautiful. There are inflatable toys in it. They are suitable for taking pictures. Swimming, the hotel is located at s1, there is a business air-conditioned shuttle to and from White Beach, D'mall is 10 minutes away, walking from the hotel door to the left downhill and walking very close is the famous Friday beach, compared to white beaches, restaurants, hotels , Sandy, scenery, sunsets are all high-end in many aspects, clean a lot, so next time Long Beach must still live citic, the main play Friday beach, hotel stays are basically Koreans and foreigners, when booking online is also relatively 忐忑, Because the review is not too much, personal experience after check-in, location is not too important, because Boracay itself is not Large, hotel shuttle is very convenient to travel, it is not expensive to take a taxi is not expensive, compared to the location on the beach but the hotel facilities are relatively old, or for the price is too high, citic such a good cost-effective hotel should share with you Recommend more friends to stay

GGuest UserOnly booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.
