I like this hotel but it is quite old and tired. Slow lifts that don’t always read the card. Generally poor service from serving staff that don’t seemed trained. Warm beer served in the bar. Small pool and good location in Gueliz.

酒店位於較為市中心的位置，出行方便周圍設施也齊全，但是當我入住的時候，發生了一件很詭異的事情，酒店給了我三樓的房間，當我電梯抵達三樓，發現三樓很多房間在裝修，工人進進出出很雜亂的感覺，我以為可能就幾個房間在改造也沒在意，當我繼續前進去我自己房間的途中，竟然發現還有一段在用沖擊鑽打地面，聲音巨大灰塵瀰漫，我當即掉頭回到酒店前台要求更換房間並安靜的環境，酒店猶豫了一下給了我一間四樓的房間，但是當我抵達四樓後進入房間，沖擊鑽的聲音依然巨大，根本沒有辦法舒適休息，萬般無奈之下衹能聯繫了攜程客服，最終客服和酒店溝通並給我換到了五樓的靠另一側的房間非常安靜，並給了我意料之外的補償券，感謝攜程客服給力！
寫這段點評主要想吐槽一下，作為一家五星國際連鎖酒店，接待客人期間，酒店在搞裝修，並把客人安排在裝修層的房間內，簡直匪夷所思！
