Clean enough, the cafe also very nice i love the enviroment of the hotel ya.smell good.and the staff ohoo so friendly, kind and goodlooking. i'm so touch with their housekeeping 5days stayed there my room always clean they also helped me fold my clothes LOL. overall I LOVE IT!"

"For the second time, we had difficulty getting seats at breakfast. The air-conditioned breakfast room cannot accommodate guests who want to have breakfast. We wanted to be transferred to an outdoor area, we refused, because we were bringing small children, eating outside would be mixed with active smokers. In the inner room, there is a seat but it cannot be used because it is 'reserved'. We ask Santika to review the breakfast room/restaurant so that it can accommodate guests who will be eating."

PPinielIt was our 6th stay at this hotel. However we noticed a decline in the service level of the hotel compared to our previous stay. The restaurant food was nearly empty an hour before the breakfast closing time and this happened each morning during our stay. We never had the soap refilled so we used our own. Most of the staff no longer greet you unlike in the past most of them will greet and smile at you.
I hope these issues will be addressed properly by the management, otherwise they will lose customers as there are better competitors with similar price range in the city.

While the hotel doesn't provide bottled water in the room, they do offer free fresh and filtered water outside the rooms, which is a nice touch. The room was definitely value for money, and with convenience stores nearby, it's a very practical place to stay.

GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
