Viajo sólo y en moto. Parada obligada en Medinaceli y opto por el hotel Babieca. Confortable y muy limpio Mario , el dueño, muy atento y correcto. A destacar la cena el restaurante ofrece in menú con varias opciones que me quedé con gamas de quedarme más días pata probar más platos

Llegas cansado y te encuentras con una maquina para hacer el checking que no hace más que dar errores, y otra gente esperando. Sale el encargado y en lugar de intentar ayudar te dice que el problema eres tú porque a todo el mundo le funciona bien. Si te gusta que te traten mal este es tu sitio.

Reservamos por confusión una habitación individual en lugar de doble, llegamos al hostal a las 11 y en la barra mi marido y yo reservamos una mesa en su restaurante para comer al mismo nombre que teníamos reserva de hotel y luego haríamos check in, que se hace con una máquina, a las 14,15 cuando cogemos la habitación nos llama el dueño para decirnos que la habitación es individual y que no podemos quedarnos dos, le digo q ha sido un error, q le pagamos suplemento, q la cama es de matrimonio… y su respuesta es q está con las comidas y no puede atenderme, bajamos le damos la tarjeta y su trato es parecido, no puede perder tiempo, esa es su consideración con unos clientes que han reservado y pagado una habitación que no van a poder utilizar” Nunca jamás me han tratado así y me he ido tan triste de un alojamiento, aún asumiendo que yo también cometí un error!

Hotelito muy limpio y como en casa. Situado en la parte alta con facilidad para aparcar y visitar este municipio histórico. Habitaciones cómodas y puedes comer o cenar con un Menú fantástico de 20 €. Vale la pena qued**** en este Hotel buena comida y mejor descanso El desayuno muy completo.

Hotel con ottimo ristorante situato in un piccolo borgo antico. La stanza ha tutto quello che serve. Avevamo avuto un problema con la doccia che però è stato prontamente risolto da Mario, il proprietario. Una persona cordiale e gentilissima. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante e siamo rimasti soddisfatti... Ottima cucina. Il check in è automatico ma Mario vi invierà il giorno prima tutte le istruzioni ed è semplicissimo. Purtroppo le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente anche uno spillo cadere nelle camere vicine. Le camere sono raggiungibili solo con scale. Per noi è stata una sosta per spezzare il viaggio e fare una bella passeggiata.

Para el precio que pagamos el hotel está normal, la habitación era de tamaño medio, se oían mucho las habitaciones de al lado, el baño pequeño, estaba limpia, y el desayuno correcto. La ubicación en la entrada del pueblo cerca de todo, el aparcamiento gratuito y fácil.

Nos echó del hostal sin dar una explicación coherente el 21 de abril por un fallo en la reserva donde Mario no confirmó que era correcta, lo que si se hubiese molestado en leer los mensajes de *********** y de no haber aceptado la misma, hubiésemos cancelado en lugar de tener que buscar una solución en ese instante, por ello, procedió a dejarnos en la calle a las 20.50 sin dar ninguna solución alternativa y sin devolver el dinero. Resaltar el tono chulesco y bravucón con el que se dirigió a mi pareja en primer lugar por teléfono y luego a mí frente a frente cuando le pedí una hoja de reclamaciones Lo curioso es que la habitación 22 que nos dio era una cama de matrimonio y todo este embrollo vino por solicitar un juego de toallas adicional por pensar que se habían equivocado. Limpieza nefasta. Mucho polvo y restos de comida en la mesa de noche de la habitación

Aucun accueil: pas de reception , aucun personnel ,tout se fait sur borne electronique ( en espagnol ) impossible de rencontrer quelqu'un dans le village ( neige et - 7 ° ) pour nous aider :plus d'une demi heure pour arriver à acceder à notre chambre .même pas une table et une chaise dans la chambre
