Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!"

"Awesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, there is nothing to visit around, there are two shopping centers about 3 minutes by car, there are supermarkets and restaurants, the hotel provides free shuttle, but you must contact the driver by phone."
