性價比真的很高，而且打車什麼的都很方便，出門有很多早餐店還有共享電動車出行簡直太方便了，房子也很大，老闆很熱情，下次來梅州還會訂的。

整體房間設施和還是不錯的。因為是民宿，如果進住的時候將房間設施的使用可以説明一下和洗手間能夠把乾濕區分離就更好了。服務幾乎是自助

性價比特別高，價格又實惠，房屋乾淨，床很舒服，小區也很安靜，一開始看到前面的評價猶豫了一下，最後決定還是試一下。 這完全不像前面房客説的那樣，房東很隨和還很好説話，入住期間還給我們送了當地水果吃，很熱情，還推薦了周邊的餐廳。 值得推薦！

床上用品參差不齊，服務態度高傲無人，空調還限電，從南住到北第一家民宿限電，無人更換床單被罩，一句成本就蓋了臉了。還是住酒店吧。
