I just returned from a vacation, having booked this hotel's Park & Fly Package. The trip back to our vehicle in the hotel parking lot reminded me of all the things that went wrong with our stay, resulting in this review: At 9PM, we pulled into the parking lot which was poorly lit with half the parking lot lights burned out. Perhaps this was to hide the pot holes large enough to swallow a car all over the lot? We checked in after 9PM and were given a room on the third floor. When we opened the door to the room, it hadn't been cleaned, so we went back to the front desk and were assigned another room on the first floor. This room appeared to have been cleaned, and before going to bed, we decided to go for a swim and use the hot tub. The pool was closed until further notice as was the hot tub. My wife went for ice and the ice machine was out of order. A sign on the out of order machine said the one on the 3rd floor was working, so she went to that machine and came back with ice mixed with black gunk. So much for ice. At this point we decided to just go to bed as we were taking an early shuttle to the airport, but when we turned down the bed my wife discovered long black hairs on the pillow. We again went down to the desk, but no one was there. There was a sign on the desk to call a number for assistance. We called the number and no one answered. We stayed at the desk for another 10 minutes, waiting for someone to return, but no one did, so we returned to our room, removed the dirty pillow from the bed and made the best of it. We got up at 4AM for the 5AM shuttle to the airport only to discover that breakfast didn't start until 6AM (the website where we booked our room said they had a 24 hour shuttle, but when we got to the hotel we were told it only runs between 5AM and 9PM, so we were cutting it close with our flight's departure time). There was no coffee available in the lobby and when my wife asked about it, she was told that if she wants coffee there's a coffee maker back in our room. We both looked at each other, not believing what we had heard. The one bright spot was our shuttle ride to the airport. The driver was friendly, informative and professional. The ride was very smooth with respect to starts, stops and turns. He opened the shuttle door for us entering and departing the shuttle and handled our luggage. Despite driving a raggedy-ass shuttle, we felt safe in this driver's hands. I mention this not only because it contrasted with the rest of our experience, but also because the ride back from the airport with another driver was a harrowing experience. He drove too fast, the stops and starts nearly threw us out of our seats and we both had to brace ourselves against the seat in front. He tailgated cars in front of him, weaved in and out of lanes, did not open the shuttle door back at the hotel and didn't take us back to our car in the lot, but instead dropped us off at the front door of the hotel, leaving us to drag our bags back into t
