"new facility in a small town good location next to main busiest street.
But linens are kind of old and rough, apparently used and washed many times without replacing.
Services are barely existent and staff training is way under expectation of Marriott standard I ever had.
Rooms are equipped but very basic supplies. No tooth brushes and slippers."

Very Good
BBeedawnThe room was really big and I like that.It had a free breakfast. It was the perfect place to stay when just passing through definitely better than some of the comparable hotels in that area
GGuest UserThe receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and attentive!! She noticed my disability and even offered me a handicapped room and removed the 10.00 parking lot charge something I was totally unaware of
Their rooms are always clean, nice and nothing more or nothing less than the traveler would need!!
The bar was nice with live music but I had to get a barmaids attention after waiting for about 15 minutes in a practically empty bar. Margarita was OK. They only offered one kind.
GGuest UserThere’s not a lot (if any) of nice options in Grand Junction, but I stayed at super 8 the night before, and it was a complete mess. I was hoping for a better experience here, which I did get. But I was still unimpressed with the outdated furniture and bathroom, my ice bucket had the old bag of ice from the previous guest with water still in it. The front desk crew was super nice, so I appreciate that. I feel like at the price point, every room should have a refrigerator, luckily they were able to store my cold food downstairs in the community refrigerator. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I feel like Doubletree should do better even in a place like Grand Junction.
DDaniel WayneThe location was pleasant, each room has their own balcony or patio. The breakfast was the usual continental fare, but I appreciated the staff’s efforts in making sure any messes were immediately cleaned and guests were assisted. One minor complaint I had was the internet, it seemed spotty at times as the connection was not the greatest during a Zoom call for a business meeting. Otherwise, I slept well.
GGuest UserWe stayed here on Aug 14-16, 2023. We checked around 20 motels in the same area and this one was the best price. We were surprised that this place had a pool, gas BBQ, smoking area, apartment size refrigerator and freezer, toaster, flat screen TV with all of the network channels and was walking distance to Applebees, Denny’s and Enzo’s and soon a brand new Starbucks. The staff was more than willing to help out. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this motel to anyone that is on a budget and loves a stress free stay no matter where you are from.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and had a decent bed. Bathroom was kind of small but for the most part we enjoyed our stay. I really looked the smart tv. The front desk wasn’t very nice at all and no laundry room for the guests really sucked.
JJ SantosThe stuff Kenzie was very nice BUT the room has no air conditioner and it was hot and we we’re not advised ahead when we checked in that there’s a problem with their air conditioner but Kenzie the front desk very nice and let me have another electric fan in the room. Still hot and I have bad asthma
