Beautiful sleek, elegant room in the Art Deco block, with a large balcony with sea view, separate little sitting area and bath in the bedroom. Lovely first impression to arrive there after a long flight, look at the sea and enjoy some of the bottle of champagne which had been left on ice as a welcome gift! The dishes on the breakfast buffet in Jaya were plentiful and would have been delicious but unfortunately stone cold which seemed a shame. We took a la carte after the first morning which was much better. Extremely loud music at dinner in Jaya meant we couldn’t have a conversation so had to move inside, which again was a shame, though by chance we had a good view of the live show which we hadn’t been expecting! You can walk for miles along a boardwalk just back from the beach.

The location of the hotel is not good. Breakfast is generally good for hotels in the United States. I also made up that the room facilities are really old doors and so on. Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

Stayed at the kent hotel last month April and I definitely would recommend this comfy hotel. The service was amazing. They were able to accommodate us in very short notice. I must show recognition to Angel, he's very accommodative, and had great recommendations when we ask. A bigger thank you for recommending the perfect taxi driver who was so professional and actually spoke english 😀 . It really made my traveling easier. I will definitely be back thank you to everyone for the great hospitality.

Great place to stay at Miami Beach, close to the Beach and all sorts of places. They also have daily events like drawing or volleyball. The staff is superfriendly and always tries to help. Free cooled water and coffee is also included. They have two fridges and a microwave for food. I really enjoyed my stay at the place and would definitely recommend it!

You can't beat the location - 12th and Collins, within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping, not to mention 1 block from the beach just around the corner. The staff was nice and friendly, and I was especially grateful for the stash of sunblock they had behind the desk (my stay was short so I was grateful to be able to borrow a bottle for the day). They also allow you to borrow beach towels. The hotel is no frills but clean with a very charming decor. In this COVID world there was some slight wear and tear, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. I personally didn't go to Miami to sit around my hotel all day :). There's only 17 rooms or so across two floors and there is no elevator, so be sure to ask for the ground floor if you have an issue with stairs. Also, probably due to staff shortages, there was no one on site at the Impala. If you needed anything, you had to go next door to the Flora where the main desk was (e.g., extra coffee for the machine in the morning, check-in/check-out). But, like I said... we're still in COVID, plus it's a bit off-season. Not sure if it's like that year-round. I enjoyed myself - would stay again. Special shoutout to John and Carlos for their smiles and hospitality :).

The location is superb, it is the most lively location in South Beach, surrounded by restaurants, the supermarket is next door, the beach is one block away, just a few minutes away. The public parking lot is opposite, I will go in at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and 19 knives will come out at 9 o'clock the next day. Not much breakfast but enough to eat. but! ! ! The rooms are small, small and small, and even the suitcases are hard to open. There is no place to put the toilets in the bathroom.

I chose this hotel for a 3 days stay in Miami Beach as we wanted to be close to South Beach and the Art Deco area. We booked the Ocean Suite just over the entrance right on Ocean Drive. Great and friendly staff. Excellent very large room with great comfort: 2 showers side by side and whirlpool. The hotel is on Ocean Drive , but at the beginning of the road so that street noise is very limited and totally acceptable. Nice small pool and whirlpool on the roof. beach service included in the package, but we had no time to use it. Valet parking had been discontinued by the hotel, however a public garage with very decent prices (20 USD per 24 hours) is available half a block from the hotel. I would definitely recommend the place and certainly stay there again for a next visit to the area.

When I was checked in, I was told that one room was only half paid, and I had to pay it on the spot. This information was not previously notified. It was confirmed that it took a long time and it was very late. The experience was poor. The hotel parking was $ 35 / night because we were big. So the car has to add another 10 dollars. The next day we wanted to find a cheap place to find a 40-dollar place. When we picked up the car, we were told that we need to charge more than 12 o'clock ... We paid another 20 dollars ... the hotel elevator is very good Features, sliding doors, the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, many bars next to it. Overall a bad impression ...
