The location is very good, with trams and buses just outside the door, and very close to the Duomo attraction in the city center. The room is of medium size and very quiet. The owner is Chinese and very nice. Only the bathing area is a bit small, recommended!

Great little hotel. Really functional no frills very friendly place. Tram stops into centre on the doorstep .Breakfast above average continental . Would definitely stay again.
Don’t be put off by the approach leading to it!!! Very pleasantly surprised

The hotel is very good, excellent serving their guest, they are very available even night and day. The room is very clean and for just one person they give a semi dual size bed. The Foods are delicious, after you wake up in the morning a good foods and hot and cold drinks they will serve you at buffet type. Eccelente e mi sono soddisfatto grazie mille.

Personale gentili però confusi,sembra che non sanno cosa fare ,poco frofesionali. 2 volte ho prenotato la notte ,Avevo compreso colazione e mi seguivano a dire che dovevo pagare e poi ovviamente sbagliavano loro e scuse! Devono migliorare!!! Imbarazzante!

Siamo stati qui per uno dei concerti dei Coldplay dalla domenica a martedì. L'hotel è in una zona ottima fuori dal solito caos e cmq ben servita con il tram 14 e poco distante da viale certosa, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Le stanze sono curate e belle fresche con condizionatore e ventola a soffitto. Se uno ha il sonno leggero occhio alle stanze verso la strada che passa sotto il tram. Per il resto personale molto gentile . Nel complesso soddisfatti👍

Bon hôtel 2 étoiles qui nous a sauvé la mise. Nous n'avions pas réservé d'hôtel avant d'arriver et c'est le seul que nous avons trouvé pour 3nuits dans notre budget . Le personnel est vraiment sympa et souriant . Nous avons était très bien accueillis. Les chambres sont petite mais propre .
