鬼毛温泉酒店，完全騙子。説晚上8點開始可以泡温泉，一看一個池子十多個長者在泡腳，池子沒有幾平方大，問前台説還開不開池子，説人少不開，什麼叫人多人少？自己出錢加開個池子都不肯！垃圾酒店！

洗髮水沐浴露沒有，打電話問，就拿了很差的包裝沐浴露洗髮水給，窗簾都是蜘蛛網，住在一樓窗也是壞的很不安全，牙刷一支有，一支也沒有，床還有頭髮，浴袍也是爛的，説實話191元的房費也不便宜，態度也不好，真的很無語，雖然事特價房但是也沒必要那麼差，

不推薦，提着大行禮箱爬樓梯到三層，私人開的小酒店，沒有電梯，就睡了一晚，房間其他物品都沒動，也沒洗澡，早餐也沒吃，拖鞋是那種循環用的，不是一次性的，衞生差，環境差，設施地攤上到初是污漬，樓梯上都是那種油膩的污垢，室外温泉就是自己磊的一個小池子，啥也不是，沒拍圖片，太臟

服務態度一直都很好，酒店不大，就在湖泉生態園的南門對面，晚上有温泉，還有音樂，11點結束。早餐非常非常簡單，吃了還可以出去加餐，庭院打理得比較用心。庭院大床房有私湯，小朋友喜歡。高鐵接送的服務非常贊。
