"The hotel is large and has complete facilities. Half of it is sea water and half is mountain. It is a hotel between the mountain and the sea. Don't worry about the flavor. The breakfast is also delicious. The service attitude is also very good. Recommended"

"One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too."
"It’s was super nice. Staff is very nice and polite. Reception staff was very nice as well. Amenities are super. I will come back there for sure. Rooms are amazing, style and design. Beach, pools and all the rest things. 10 out of 10. There was only 1 negative point is the super noisy A/C in my room, it sounded like a tractor. I used earplugs to fall a sleep. Next time I will mention this as a priority point while booking the room."
"This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and once again, it was amazing! We came as a couple and everything was perfect — from the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff to the beautiful room and spacious private pool.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway."

"The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat."
"We stayed at this hotel in early April. The location of the hotel is great - practically on the beach, the rooms are huge and very spacious, our room had a kitchen, which is very convenient. Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff is generally good and responsive. Breakfasts are good, there is a choice, there is a corner where they will cook scrambled eggs or an omelette to your order. Of the minuses - the windows overlooking the sea were dirty (I understand that some construction work is going on in the hotel next door, but this (dirty windows) spoils the overall impression). I would also like to draw the staff's attention to the ”beach” toilet - very dirty and rarely cleaned, you don't want to go there. I would also like to draw the staff's attention to the fact that there is a catastrophic shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool during prime time. Mainly because of such ”smart guys” who occupy sunbeds in the morning and do not appear there all day, but come only in the evening - normal people have nowhere to rest because of them! A request to the administration not to keep sunbeds for such ”gentlemen” for the whole day, because ALL guests equally PAID for rest and ALL want and have the right to rest, and ”reservation” of a sunbed in this case is inappropriate! The hotel balances on one leg between 4* and 3* stars, but I hope that the efforts of the staff will hold on to 4*!)
In general, we are happy with the hotel and the rest, we would return to the hotel."
