We chartered a car, and the Shanhe Japanese Hotel was generally good. I booked two four-person rooms (with indoor hot springs), one on the second floor next to the main building, and one on the first floor of a stand-alone building opposite the main building.
The hotel food is not suitable for Chinese tastes (horse meat sashimi, etc.), but the hot spring is very elegant. I didn't get the six-foot barrel I wanted, but the soup in the room and the public open-air bath were pleasant.
It is far from the main area of the hot spring town. You need to climb the hill and walk for about five minutes to the main street. If you have large luggage, it is recommended to contact the hotel. The hotel's open-air hot spring is great. There are two Chinese ladies, and communication is barrier-free.
The service staff are very kind and attentive. When checking out, the gentleman at the counter for other consumption amounts said that you cannot pay by card and you have to pay in cash, but there is a sign at the counter that you can pay by card and it does not say that you must pay in cash. I feel a little strange.

Transportation) If you write a pick-up request on the note, you will be picked up at the information center or bus stop!
Accommodation) live in the main building, clean and traditional feeling is very attractive! There are few people on the day we live, so we use it like a chartered bath, and there are men's baths, women's baths, two family baths, and mixed baths. I felt like I enjoyed the villa with a hot spring hidden in the forest, so I was very satisfied with my friend ><
Kaiseki) There are also local specialties such as seasonal vegetable fried and horseradish sashimi, and they serve you to the extent that you are full by women. The horseradish and plum wine were memorable and delicious.
+ I checked out without knowing that I left my jacket on the hanger, but thank you for knowing how to find and go to our store ㅠㅜ
Booked a triple room but the room is not big, enough to live, if the weather is good, it must be very pleasant to drink tea on the balcony. Kurogawa Hot Spring Water is good, and the hot spring pool is both indoor and outdoor. The hot spring town is very lively, but it is basically closed at 6 pm. There are many hotels in the town and the business is good. The waiter's smile was very bright.
The day before check-in I called to book a shuttle service from Kurokawa Onsen Station to the ryokan, but our family waited at the bus station for 20 minutes after getting off the bus yet to wait for the hotel shuttle, because the phone card did not have a Japanese phone number, we could not contact Saya. Seeing other tourists who got off the bus together got on the hotel shuttle, We had to drag our own luggage to the inn, after arriving at the inn, the staff only retorted that there had been to the station, but did not see us, we clearly made an appointment to pick up at 3:30, we had arrived at the station at 3:25, the staff even said see It was really unacceptable that we dragged our luggage for half an hour to the hotel without us
The hotel is remote, and you have to take a taxi to go to Kurokawa Naka. Apart from the remote and inconvenient location, the hotel environment is good, away from the hustle and bustle, and there are waterfalls nearby. The staff are friendly and can communicate in simple English. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast at night are very rich and delicious! The hot spring next to the room is huge!

GGuest UserThis is a small and exquisite family hotel. The staff is kind and friendly. There are two hot springs, indoor and outdoor. I booked a room with two meals and two single beds with a tatami. It is clean and tidy. There is a separate toilet but no bathroom. You have to go to the hotel's hot spring area to take a bath. But this is also very convenient. After all, such a good hot spring, I will definitely enjoy it before going to bed and in the morning. The outdoor hot spring is so comfortable, it's worth the trip
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very nice. You must drive to there. Staff are very friendly and polite. It has restaurant, lounge with free coffee and tea. Room has 2 hot spring, inside and outside each. It also provide cleansing oil, moisture milk etc. Cuisine are delicious.
GGuest UserExcellent service by the staffs! Very warm and welcoming. It was raining heavily that day, but one of the staff helped to wipe down our luggage when it wasn't necessary and helped to bring it up to the room as we were too early for check-in. When we came back, the luggages were near a heater for quick drying... just a neat detail that we very much appreciated.
The dinner and breakfast were one of our most delicious and memorable meals in Japan. Words are not enough to describe it!
The outdoor hot spring doesn't have much a view, but it was still nice! Hope I am able to come back and enjoy the ryokan experience again!
Ssugartong2015The hotel is right by the river, with two buildings connected. Generally, the baths for men and women are separated, and there are also family baths, but it seems to be on the men's side. The room is very large, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has two beds, we can also connect to the yard on the first floor, 1 bedroom is used for tea, and if there are more people, you can add a bed in this room. The bed is 1.2 meters and very comfortable. There are a series of products for washing face, skin care and bathing, which are very useful and complete. The breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious. There are also Chinese and English waiters. But cash is used for checkout
DDenis ProvVery pleasant impressions from staying in this place. Spacious and clean rooms in a traditional style with a view of the river. Very tasty dinner and breakfast (you can choose Western).
Family baths are not very big, it is comfortable for two people, if there are three or four of you - it will be cramped.
From the ryokan we were driven by car to the bus stop, which was very convenient considering our heavy suitcases.
水水佬船長There are 2 private baths, a large bath and a semi-open-air bath. Dinner is an all-you-can-eat buffet with all-you-can-drink alcohol. The rooms are OK, but you have to sleep on tatami. The room has a river view and is close to the shopping street.
Very impressed, the place and the atmosphere can be said to be very good. receptionist Smile and help in every aspect. If coming, will definitely choose to come back to stay here.
GGuest UserA very satisfying stay!
The design of the cabin is stunning. The two-story independent cabin allows children to climb up and down as much as they like. The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic. Even if he doesn't understand the language, he tries his best to use translation software to introduce Kurokawa Onsen's attractions and B&B facilities. It really makes people feel like returning to their hometown.
Kurokawa is very quiet at night, and you can really enjoy the tranquility and leisure of the deep mountain hot springs.
The cabin is fully equipped and can be used for simple cooking. I cooked Japanese sukiyaki pot with the children in the cabin, which was very satisfying!
The outdoor hot spring in the B&B is another amazing place. Because it was summer, we didn’t make a reservation for the hot spring. The owner of the B&B enthusiastically invited us to enjoy it (unexpectedly). Unexpectedly, it turned out to be an independent open-air hot spring. I highly recommend making a reservation. It’s too Feel comfortable!
The next day, the children were very reluctant to say goodbye to the owner of the B&B and the owner's dog. Along the way, they still missed the comfortable bed (actually just a tatami sleeping mat) in the B&B. I will definitely visit again next time I have the opportunity!

AAishuijuedeyuyaThe dormitory is very clean and cost-effective. It is next to Hiranotai. The location is a bit difficult to find. You can see this white sign and go up. The boss is also very good, and he took me to the convenience store to buy food.
