"We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station, if not for that, I would choose a different location. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night although nothing happened. The room was fine as to be expected from the Hilton hotels."
"The hotel passed by, overall good, simple rest, already very good! Health, service has nothing to say, the city is general, the surrounding environment is general, did not investigate carefully. Hotel meals standard American meals, local fish can eat, the practice is still beautiful, the ingredients are changed to local."
"It is near the station, but the soundproofing is good and there is no noise. The room does not have bottled water, but there is a direct drinking water system. It is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, so you can cook some simple meals yourself."

"The check in process was easy, the hotel looked clean and modern. The hotel staff were all awesome and very helpful. There was an older white security guard who was exceptionally friendly and helpful to me. I liked him a lot. Overall, a wonderful experience "

"Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach.
No food except two types of frozen pizza.
There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep."
"Very satisfied. Good location, counted in the city center, the whole city is very small, you can walk anywhere. The room is spacious, clean and the breakfast is OK, which is a typical American buffet breakfast."

Great
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.
HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
MMogu-The room is very clean, there is no odor, the overall facilities are quite new, the bed is very comfortable, there are many restaurants around, it is convenient to check in, the surrounding environment of the hotel is relatively safe, recommended to stay
GGuest UserFirst off, I was charged an extra “historic building” fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didn’t use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t go back.
DDr. PuppioThe hotel is close to the Target Center (10 minutes by foot - good option for a Timberwolves game).
The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well.
The breakfast is fair…, American standard..!
I’d stay again..!!
GGuest UserMy room wasn’t cleaned after my first night of a two night stay. I had a note on the bed requesting an additional blanket so I never got that and the trash wasn’t emptied. I also didn’t like that there were not ice machines, I had to go to the bar to request a bucket of ice. On the positive said the lady at the check-in desk was super nice and helpful.
GGuest UserThere is a supermarket near the hotel, Trader Joe's, which is very convenient to buy food. There is a subway station nearby, you can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, and the traffic is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the check-in is very smooth, the bed is soft and hard, it is very comfortable and quiet to sleep on.
AAngela.AStylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!
MMDonThe entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out.
I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed.
I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator.
Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell.
I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.
NNelsonTeresaUpon arrival I was informed that they were charging a deposit again. They had stopped for well over a year, and without advanced notice they wanted a $100.00 deposit. I was not prepared for this and it left me short on money. They would not release it at checkout so I am still without my money. I also requested a late check out. I was told that I was in good standings with the hotel because I frequently stay there. They wouldn't let me do a late checkout. A new policy would charge me per 15 minutes past 11am. So to leave 1 hour later it would cost me $40.00. I don't think I will be back to stay again. Very disappointing. Breakfast was awful, they were out of everything. Cost goes up, quality goes down. Not so quality inn.
