The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

Liked the hotel. At the reception, everything was fast. We lived in a large, bright room with a balcony overlooking the city and the river. The room is clean, has everything you need. The hotel is well located. Across the road from it is a park and a promenade. Near a large shopping center. For me and my husband, the main thing is space and cleanliness, our room met these requirements. We will return with pleasure.

Stopped for 8 nights in this hotel (room luxuriant), writing a review on the course of the case. Clear shortcomings: - the air conditioning system does not work in the room, open windows at night. It is not critical in the fall and winter, but in the summer it would be very dusty. At the same time in the morning in the restaurant, the air conditioners blow so that on the lusters the suspension is called. - September 28 in the restaurant of the hotel could not prepare us dinner. Or did not want. For an infinite period of time we waited for the ordered dishes, tried to find out when they were ready, 35 minutes later the husband brought a boiling soup, 15 minutes later my salad. We left, didn't start eating and wait for the main dishes. I would like to think that this is not a attitude to the guests from Russia, but we came to this sad conclusion. - Horrible blankets, heavy as stone tiles, hot. On two in the room-3 pillows. Other blankets or pads in the hotel are not present. The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.
