The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

Quality, good hotel, real 5*. spacious rooms, excellent repair, good bed, everything perfect. I like a swimming pool and spa, the only minus - late includes a bath. I was in other hotels with a swimming pool in Minsk, this is definitely the best. It is a pity that you can't have a pet.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

Marriott's five-star quality is as high as ever, compared to Hilton. If there is Marriott in the local area, I will choose Marriott without hesitation. The environment of the hotel is good, the service staff is super enthusiastic (it is not ruled out that it is because of the membership), the room is quite big, and there is a super large circular balcony, but it is too cold. The disadvantage is that the laundry service is not 24 hours a day, and it is overtime when you go to the company during the day and arrive at the hotel at night. And the hotel restaurant is so-so, but it doesn't affect it. Minsk is relatively small, so it's more convenient to go out to eat

The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was as clean as hell at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. When I opened the window, the window edge and sill were very dirty and full of stains. .I have been a hotelier for 35 years, the lack of room service and the lack of a minibar fridge in the room were major shortcomings.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. We chose the Planet Hotel for a stop in Minsk on our 30th anniversary of living together. very comfortable hotel. Beautiful view of the avenue, park, river. We asked for the 12th floor and were very pleased with the view from the panoramic windows. Liked the breakfast buffet. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Thank you. We will recommend to friends.

Hairdressing, hoods, toothing also on request. Breakfast is scarce. Diagnosis is wild SOVOC. Until you have interviewed the staff and properly prepare them for the customer work, no chic look will help you.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good.
