GGuest User酒店硬件中規中矩，還算精緻。但前台服務及房間服務不敢恭維。訂的含早雙人房，因廚房放假給了一袋簡餐打發了（以為回到了疫情期間）；雙人房衹給一條浴巾，一條毛巾，不知道酒店從業者家裡是否也有共用毛巾的習慣？網絡電視不懂如何看直播，打了兩次電話給前台均沒有下文，電視成了擺設。如果是因人手不足而導致消費被動降級，可以關門不營業的，既然開門了就應該履行合同的責任。我住遍全國的酒店，通常對酒店服務比較寬容，很少給差評，但此次確實不吐不快，請擔待。

The service attitude of the proprietress is very good, warm and thoughtful, and makes me feel very popular. GGuest User周邊環境挺好的，有幾個旅遊景點，最近的就是貂蟬廣場，一眼望去，春意盎然，去的比較晚，乾淨衞生，也睡得很舒服，特意起來嚐了一下早餐，雖然種類不是很多，但是很有特色，工作人員也很有禮貌，給我介紹當地民俗，陝北人民就是淳樸，有機會會再來
