I absolutely loved my stay at this homestay! The place is cozy, warm, and beautifully decorated — every corner feels thoughtful and inviting. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the wooden design gives a very relaxing vibe, especially with the snowy scenery outside. The common areas are bright and comfortable, perfect for reading, resting, or just enjoying the peaceful environment. The staff are friendly, helpful, and really make you feel at home. The location is great too — quiet, scenic, and close to local attractions. Truly a gem in the area. I would definitely come back again! ❤️❄️

Love the guesthouse. The owners are very friendly and makes you feel like home. The room and necessities are all convenient supply to you. Heated flooring and hot shower water. Breakfast is great and hot when served. I will stay at the same place when i come Arctic Village. I love the place.

Honestly, the hotel's decor was thoughtfully done, but the ongoing maintenance is clearly lacking. The soundproofing is very poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway. Cleanliness: Terrible. There was still face wash left by the previous guest in the shower. Facilities: The hairdryer was noisy but didn't produce any air. Service: The front desk staff was very helpful.

The room was very stylish and thoughtfully designed. The drains were odor-free, and the doors and windows were well-sealed, which I really appreciated. The property cleverly combines a craft shop with accommodation, making it quite pleasant to browse around while waiting for breakfast – definitely keeps you from getting bored.

The interior decor is thoughtfully detailed and has a wonderful artistic flair; the entire place felt fresh and beautifully designed. They provide guests with a really handy sightseeing map – other tourists were even asking where I got mine! I accidentally misplaced it, and the front desk staff immediately gave me a new one. Our stay at this B&B was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! 🎉👍

This guesthouse in Beiji Village offers a peaceful oasis despite being in a lively area. Its stylish decor makes it incredibly Instagrammable. The spacious common areas are ideal for unwinding with a book or some music. Each room boasts a unique theme. We booked the Pikachu room, which our child absolutely adored! It was the perfect size and spotlessly clean. They offer a fantastic array of unique and beautifully designed souvenirs. Guests can also collect various stamps, and our child happily collected dozens. Their newly opened Qilin branch is absolutely stunning!

My room was on the first floor. The bedding was somewhat uncomfortable; it wasn't a spring mattress, and the duvet and linens felt low quality and uncomfortable. It got quite cold at night as the room had no air conditioning or heating. The provided duvet was too thin, and when I asked for an extra one, they didn't have any left. A staff member even kindly offered their own blanket. The disposable face towel shed terribly, leaving my face covered in lint after just one use. Room cleanliness was acceptable, and the service attitude was also decent. Breakfast was simple but filling.

The room was spotless, and the location is excellent. The young man at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast prepared by the lovely lady was delicious. I even had the pleasure of hearing the young man's beautiful singing when he drove the electric buggy to a new charging station. I hope to visit again this winter!

The general ambiance was just average, but overall, it stands out as a guesthouse with a rather distinctive design. The price, though, is excessively high. Even for the summer holiday season, such an exorbitant price feels completely unjustified. I genuinely feel the pricing isn't appropriate and definitely needs to be adjusted. The breakfast was quite unique and refined, and they were happy to provide more if needed. The service was indeed excellent.

Visiting Arctic Village and staying at Shiye Zhiyou, time truly flew by! Despite the gloomy, rainy weather, taking a moment to browse through everyone's postcard messages really brightened my spirits. The array of cultural and creative products on display was incredibly ingenious and captivating. My child even wrote some postcards here, and a friendly staff member was kind enough to help us mail them! Coincidentally, it was my birthday during our stay, and in the evening, a staff member surprised me with a bowl of birthday noodles. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture, creating a truly memorable, albeit simple, birthday celebration. This truly is a heartwarming, delightful, and engaging place.

The surroundings are beautiful, and there's a great selection of souvenirs available. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. We had a fantastic night's sleep, and everyone, from the elderly to the children, was very pleased. The entire hotel is filled with thoughtful details and charming little touches at every turn.

The village itself can be a bit disorganized, and the overall standard of establishments isn't particularly high. However, this guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat. The staff provide excellent service – they are unintrusive yet highly responsive and always eager to assist. Breakfast offers a decent selection, and the guesthouse boasts a very convenient location, just a short walk to all the lively dining spots in the village – no need for transport. It's a single-story building. We visited in late June, and it was already quite bright around 3 AM (a feature of the polar day). Be aware of significant temperature swings between morning and evening, and the daytime sun can be incredibly strong. A few minor points for improvement: Decorative items by the bed, like the dolls, were covered in thick dust and uninviting to touch. The curtains provide absolutely no blackout, which guests should be prepared for. Also, as it's a bungalow, soundproofing is relatively weak, though it's generally tolerable.
