"Pessima attenzione alla clientela, personale sottodimensionato per il numero di clienti, in tutti i servizi. Assistenza di facciata ma non di sostanza, personale al check in non professionale ,inizialmente la camera assegnata non corrispondeva a quella prenotata, dopo più di mezz’ora di discussione siamo riusciti ad ottenere quella pagata anticipatamente. L’hotel dispone di un ottima piscina. Pulizia da rivedere, asciugamani macchiati e anche logorati. "

"Very cost-effective, beautiful and clean environment, three-star hotel with outdoor swimming pool and gym is worth recommending, rich breakfast and discount price for staying for a few days, good service, clean room and comfortable sleep, two bottles of water are provided free of charge every day, about five minutes walk from the train station, about ten minutes walk to the yacht pier and ****** respectively. I will stay in this hotel next time."

"At the yacht show it seems that all services should be absent and should not be expected. Just check in anyway and don't expect too much. The room was fairly comfortable, small and outdated. The public facilities look super five stars and the rooms four stars. Super super many young female internet celebrities taking photos in the lobby is strange anyway. I wouldn't be here if I could choose a few others at the same level. Because all others are full. "It’s a nice hotel but the reception doesn’t speak very good English which is weird. She was telling me something but did something else. Even tho I booked through this app they charged my card !!! I paid twice for one night!!! The front desk said ok I have handled it and thought I wouldn’t get notified but then she took the money! It wasn’t like that the night before I don’t understand"
