This is a lake view hotel with a very good location. The rooms are large, facing the mountains and the water, and the scenery is beautiful and pleasant. In the morning, I saw a deer foraging in front of the hotel. The maple leaves around the hotel are red and the fallen leaves are colorful, which makes people linger. The hotel is not in Cuihu Villa Town, which is quiet in the bustling city. Cuihu Villa Town is a three-minute walk across the road. There are food, drinks and fun. If you stay in Cuihu Town for two days, you can stay here for one day and stay in a hotel in the town for one day, so that you can enjoy the lake view and mountain view. We enjoyed a French meal at the hotel. The oysters were small and not recommended. I asked for steamed cod, but it was served by mistake as other fish. The waiter was very sorry and said that he could make a new cod, but we said no. As a result, the waiter gave us a free dish, and we gave him an over-tipping, and everyone was happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Quintessence. It's a small hotel with very friendly staff. The front desk staff, valets, housekeeping teams and morning breakfast employees were so kind and welcoming. The hotel lobby is small, but functional. The hotel has an outdoor patio as part of its restaurant and a lovely pool overlooking Lake Tremblant (though pool seating was not always available which kept us away from the pool one afternoon). One can rent kayaks from the hotel and leave from their dock. (The hotel helped us to rent a pontoon boat from a nearby company which we highly recommend.) The hotel is located across the street from the Tremblant ski area. So it's a very easy walk to its fantastic shops, restaurants and, of course, skiing. (During our summer visit, we loved taking the ski lift to the top of the mountain to take in the stunning views.) The hotel room at Quintessence included a welcome note from management and a delicious box of chocolates. We also enjoyed the free bottles of water which were in the room each day. We were lucky enough to receive room 303 which we feel is the best at the hotel. The view is outstanding and it has a covered balcony on the third floor. The location is quiet and the size of the room fantastic. There is an immense living room with vaulted ceiling, french doors into an attractive bedroom, and a giant closet. There are pocket doors which (mostly) close to block the bathtub and bathroom area. (Luckily, the toilet is in a separate room off of the bathroom so one can use it at night without waking up one's partner.) The bed was very comfortable with high-end bedding. The room was also perfectly clean! Our hotel package included breakfast which we highly recommend. It was stellar! (My husband highly recommends the eggs benedict and french toast.) Valet parking was also included, though after tipping, it was likely the same cost as the public parking lot across the street which I believe was $45/day. The downsides of the room were minor - decor was a little dated, some knicks in the wood base molding, squeaky french doors and rooms that could use more lighting (especially the bathroom and shower). While the hotel is not at a Four Seasons level, it provides enough of a luxury experience (and a stunning view) that it can be easily recommended over the nearby Fairmont (whose lobby and common areas presented and tired and chaotic). We would have rated the hotel as a "5," despite the minor downsides mentioned, were it not for our disappointing dinner experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant at dinner was so different from the relaxing breakfast scene. In the evening, the mood was tense and stressful, with restaurant staff literally running breathless from bar to table to kitchen. The staff seemed so very overwhelmed; I thought our server was going to cry due to the stress. It took 20 minutes to be served a beverage; there were mistakes with the meals; and the food was just satisfacto

We just returned from our amazing get-away to Mont Tremblant. We have been there before in winter time and this was our first time experiencing this charming place in the summer. We discovered Quintessence on our last trip before pandemic and it was a wonderful experience. This time I wanted something special for my husband’s big birthday and I chose Quintessence again. What a fantastic time we had at this sumptuous resort! Two nights weren’t enough to appreciate all the beauty, class and serenity that this place offers. From every detail throughout the property to the most beautifully decorated room and finally a beautiful infinity pool area overlooking the stunning Lake Tremblant - top notch experience! The staff truly strives for the highest level of excellence in hospitality! While everyone was amazing, Imani, la stagiaire, deserves a special mention and praise for her classy and most professional manner of handling any of my questions and requests. The best time is guaranteed if you choose Quintessence. Thank you for making our quick stay truly special and memorable! Can’t wait to be back!

Good location, awesome views of the lake but lack polishing for the price. Need a little more choices at restaurant.

This is a beautiful property overlooking the lake. The service and staff were impeccable. It's a one minute walk to the village which is preferable to me - quiet. I should mention that we were there during a slow week. Perhaps during peak season, when everything is full of families, it would not have been as pleasant. Amenities are first class and they thought of everything for your comfort and pleasure. The on-site restaurant was excellent.

Beautiful hotel and view. Spacious room with an actual wood fireplace. Antique, vintage style look. Service was incredible. Truly incredible service all around. Food was great! Just a short 2minute walk from the village with lots of shops and restaurants.
