Hampton by Hilton Rome North Fiano Romano Just next to the highway, close to the exchange road, although it is a four-star hotel, it is more like a business hotel, the lobby is not big, but there is still a sofa in the area, the room is not very big, but clean and bright, the bathroom is clean and dry, and the shower is hot and cold. Free Wifi is available, parking is convenient, and the traffic is convenient for foreign or far-flung passengers, but there are not many shops around, and the nearest supermarket or fast food store has to go for at least 10 minutes. We arrived at 10 o'clock because of the highway traffic jam, the hotel no longer served meals, it is very inconvenient to go out to find food is its disadvantage, others are generally good.

The rooms are large, clean, the bathrooms with a large shower and the restaurant has a fixed menu (only for hungry) or paper, personally most appreciated. The staff are always friendly at the reception. At breakfast, so many good cakes, pancakes, cornettes to improve, and so much salt and fruit. Very good structure.

The hotel is the typical place for business people or anyway travellers. Excellent location near the motorway box. Clean enough. Free private parking. Personal at the reception very nice and absolutely available. The positive notes end here. In the room, a superior who looked very standard, there is no room to open the bag or support the bags, except a chair or table. There is no penthouse or floor in the bathroom where you can support the beauty houses. The plastic glass can not be seen. Breakfast offered in a room on the ground floor, not air-conditioned with open doors that were giving on a service rampa. There are very few choices probably because the hotel hosted many Eastern people who, in addition to making a lot of stick and creating disturbances already at 6 a.m., had probably exhausted most of their offers. There was a partly cut bague, a few pieces of pan bag, normal or complete, and zero bricks . We asked for a milk crumb and a coffle and we put on the bank(!) two identical cappuccinos. Not even served at the table!! Air conditioning in and in common spaces only extinguishes and lights after our request, with 36 degrees outside. I think it's a lot to be reconsidered and, honestly, the four stars seem to me underwater.

Shabby modern hotel. Benefits, free wi-fi, clean towels, bedding, shower cubicle, comfortable beds and they understand English. Everything else poor. There is a supermarket next door where you can buy food and drinks. Breakfast basic continent food with less choice than other hotels in Italy. Evenings meals, not good, but this could have been caused by a limited budget set by our tour operator. First evening meal was a bowl of pasta with very little sauce and flavour, followed by a greasy chicken thigh/leg piece and lettuce dripping in oil (not a good olive oil). I forget the dessert as I wish I could forget the rest of the meal. Air conditioning freezing, which we could not adjust. As the bedroom window was warped we got a constant breeze which enabled us to switch off the air conditioning. Window on the inside was cracked from top to bottom and with the main road just beyond noisy at night.We would have requested another room but this was our second room which was worse previously and where the door did not lock. Overall convenient for a 35 minute train ride into Rome, but hotel could have been anywhere in the world. There was also an excessive room scent. Not sure where 4 stars came in, as no bar or facilities available, although two lifts.

Do not book this hotel if you want a decent stay. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff. Very friendly. But the rooms are a bit run down. If you’re coming as a couple you’ll probably have to ask for extra towels and pillows. The beds are rock hard. The air con works but you wouldn’t know. Noise from other rooms can be bad too. The area is very run down. Nothing around apart from a few shops. Getting to the centre of rome isn’t great either. Taxi costs too much and waiting for a bus and using metro takes time. You’re better off paying the extra money for a better hotel.

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros.
